He said they were 4 weeks out; a month later, our fence is installed and looks beautiful! They started on a Monday and finished on Thursday. They knew our neighbors have dogs, so they gave us the option to pay a little extra for quick-set concrete, allowing them to complete the shared side all in one day. It was well worth it! They forgot a couple decorative screws and a post cap; I texted them about it at the end of the day, and there was someone here fixing it the next morning. Also, the workers were quiet and respectful: no loud music, no foul language (I have small kids), and only a few labels and little pieces of paper I had to pick up from the packaging. Joe wrote up a detailed agreement and I got exactly what I paid for. In fact I got as small credit for some work that Joe didn't have to do. Joe is very, very particular and he stayed on top of everything. He kept an eagle eye on the contractors and made sure the job was done right....NO exceptions. IMO very trustworthy. Joe and Greg are very nice guys, great to work with, friendly and professional. Update Joe and Greg also built a garage for me. As usual, they did a very high quality job and it looks great. They came in on budget and as usual Joe was out there constantly checking to ensure the job was done right. Recommended.

They showed up the very next day to bid the job and again were super friendly and very professional. They bid the job and said that I was about a month and a half out. I said great and showed them on their way out. I called later that day to ask to be officially put on the books and to have a quote for the bid written out and emailed to me for my records. Crystal said no problem and said it would be sent out that day. That day went by with no quote sent to my email...... At this point I gave them a call to which I was ignored... I repeated this process for 5 days over the weekend into the new week. FINALLY Crystal answered the phone to inform me due to "scheduling conflicts" they decided not to honor the bid. And decided not to work the job at all. SO even though I was not even on the schedule yet and was flexible with my scheduling dates I was informed that my job would NOT be possible due to "scheduling conflicts".... This all sounds like a load of bull and I am just beyond shocked at the way this company conducts themselves.
