I asked them to go out and correct the issue and instead they wanted to charge me more money as almost as much as the whole system cost. They came and put in half a day and then left. I had to call them several times to come and finish the job then they left nails and staples all over my yard and driveway. They basically did no clean up work at all. A few months later when the rains started my roof began leaking. I've had them out to fix their work 3 times now and they can't seem to get it right. My roof is two years old and has been leaking from day one. I would not use them again for anything!!!

Levi said he was pretty well booked up and then asked what the situation was. I explained what was going on and he said he may be able to get someone out today. Professionall landscaping Did a very good job at turning my dirt yard (brand new house no…read morelandscaping ever done) into a gpod looking for the and back yard. After about six months the front yard started dying. I paid them to put in a back patio, which they did, howeve, I also paid them to seal and gloss coat it, which they never did. I also paid them to install a pad for an outside shed. Which that never did. Now. Two actuators on the sprinklers they installed are faulty. This has cost me greatly. Bottom line. Their install is good. However, don't expect them to honor their work. Dozens and dozens of calls were made in an attempt to have them fully complete the job. Which they have not done. My sprinkler system has gross leaks, and they can not be bothered to fix the bad system components of which they installed under warranty, which is now over due e stall tactic. All said and done, if you want something done right with peace of mind that your purchase will be covered if something goes wrong. Do not hire these guys...period.. As soon as you pay. That go away. So far after almost two years. Patio not sealed (paid for), shed pad not installed (paid for), multiple sprinkler actuators faulty (3 should be under warranty, paid for), now a leaking irrigation that they won't look at.

We have an RV, and we're traveling through Oregon. We replaced the couch in the RV, but the…read moreplatform wasn't deep enough to allow the chairs to sit far enough away from the wall to lay it all the way back. Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.
