Good people. on time, and said I would get a follow up second visit which did not happen. no second visit. they wont take cash, so I gave them a check for $300. two months later, they had not cashed the check, and I had switched banks. then I got a bill for $300 and a bounce check fee. I offered to pay $150 for the one visit, and they said no. they then reported me for non payment. Disappointing! read more

Andrea did a great job with our first treatment. Made sure we knew everything she was doing and got information on safety of the products around children and pets. Our home had a little uptick in activity as we were told and now nearly nothing around that we described:) One thing that could improve (not a mark off Andrea) is their organization in billing/back office. They offered me $61 initial treatment and then billed me over $200... I had to call and it was straightened out quickly, but a bit of a pain. Overall great experience! read more

***CUSTOMER BEWARE*** Now that I've had some issues and experience with this company I can confidently say that if you're looking for a company to monitor mouse and other pest intrusion, CUSTOMER BEWARE of proof Pest Control!!! I have been paying monthly for two years to keep mice and other pests out and away from my home. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get them to come out and check the bait stations as frequently as needed. Often they would report coming to my home to check bait stations, but they did not ever come. They are not very responsive. Communication has been poor at best. -THE FINAL STRAW Finally, at the beginning of July, I learned that my entire attic is full of mice. How? I could smell the dead mice basically "cooking" in my attic. It took some time for me to figure out where the smell was coming from, or what the smell actually was. Once I learned what the situation was, communicated the info to proof. I could not figure out how something like this could have happened when I have been subscribed to their service monthly, for two years. During that communication, I learned that proof.Pest Control does NOT assess possible intrusion points beyond the ground level. What does this mean? It means any areas beyond/above the foundation level, they do not deal with. They told me that a different pest control company will have to inspect attic/ roof and high up areas bc Proof will not. Additionally, Proof will not cover any cost for rectifying the situation nor will they even step foot anyone's attic to remove any dead pests. That also has to be done with a different pest control company according to Proof. Don from proof reached out after I notified them of the mice that were found in my attic. He said he needed to schedule a visit to my home to inspect ground level intrusion points that were possibly missed initially and to verify whether or not there are actually mice in my attic. He said that if there was truly dead mice, the service must be doing what it's supposed to be doing. That is the level of service you get from proof Pest Control. FOLLOW UP: After learning that I left a bad review review, I received another call from Don informing me that due to my recent review, they will not be coming out to assess any possible intrusion points that they missed that caused this whole problem. He also said that proof Pest Control would not be servicing my home now or in the future. This is how proof Pest Control does business. read more

We are very happy with the service we received from the Pest technician today. He notified us of his arrival time in advance. He identified several issues that we were not aware of, including bee damage to our gazebo and foundation crack that might allow mice to enter, and he took care of these. He did a thorough spider web removal in the garage and around windows. He fully explained his services. He is friendly and pleasant, easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend Alicia Oswalt from Proof Pest more. She is incredibly thorough, takes her time to answer and provide feedback and above all is honest. She does not make any false promises or try to up sell anything from the company, which in my opinion is the kind of person you want working for you. I started off with only the mosquito and tick treatment, but ended up moving to the interior/exterior for other bug concerns. Someone from their company came through my neighborhood going door to door soliciting business. This is a private no soliciting neighborhood which makes it trespassing but more importantly we are under a Governor's stay at home order which means no outside non-essential contact with strangers. Apparently the company does not understand no soliciting and wants to jeopardize my neighborhood by having a stranger go door to door. read more

Wouldn't use this company for anything. Sales people are disrespectful to future customers by using bad language. Also are dressed sloppy. Do not use proper etiquette to enter ones property either. The sales person entered my property through my neighbor's side yard then threatens to kick my dog when he was trespassing onto my property without my consent to be on my property. My dog was previously outside before he entered on to my property via foot. Had no commercial vehicle to properly identify he was with Proof Pest Control.
