We get both an internal and external treatment done to help out with mosquitos and ticks and the spiders. Mike comes and sprays the outside monthly in the non winter months while Corey comes in and does the spraying quarterly. We don't see Mike at times but we see Corey as he is inside and when we talk he is very informative and I learn a lot even things outside of bugs, pests, and rodents. I had gotten quotes from a couple other places as well and I thought them to be fair but mostly connecting with the people that work there that they know what they are doing. A lot less bugs which I appreciate. If I need them to come back and do more they will and that's what's great about them.

We had purchased mouse traps and sticky pads that just were not working in a timely manner from the store. I hired Chris a year ago to remove a birds nest that was right inside our bathroom exhaust vent. He did the work and I paid him right after. A year later, the birds are back. More babies chirping. I've tried calling Chris and left several voicemails the past month. He does not return a call. His screen did not cover the vent. and he just laid the vent hose behind it. Birds walked right back around and nested. Had to hire someone else to do the job properly. Called 3 times after the owner responded. Left a voicemail. No response again.

Another management company referred Chris from ACC. Within 24 hours, the deer was gone. Since then, ACC has removed four other deer, one at the entrance to an association just off a busy road, and most recently, he removed one that had been in the association's lake.
