I contacted them to do service on my hot water heater. They sent me an invoice for $250.00 to be paid before work was started. Foolishly I paid because I trusted them. I notified them the next day that I didn't need their service because the problem was resolved with a setting switch, I requested my payment be returned. They said the part was already ordered and it would be a few days for them to receive it but I would be charged for return shipping cost. I said I can understand that. After a few weeks I received the check for $195.00. I said what was the missing $55.00 for? I can't believe shipping for a small part would be $55.00. I asked for a statement indicating the charges. I just received the statement indicating "Service call for parts ordered that was canceled per customer." Nothing showing part was received or returned to supplier or the cost of such action. I didn't realize they need that money so bad. I would have gladly paid a reasonable price for the return of that part. Just saying....choose carefully. I think he never returned the part to the distributor. If he didn't he'll charge someone else for the part that I paid for.

They put a bad drain basket in my kitchen sink, it was crooked and ny last one lasted me 6 years. This one lasted 11 months and was loose and leaking, and she tried to blame me, saying that I loosened it which is asinine!! She gave me another number to call and said to call somebody else, because they were going out of town for the 4th of July. So she left me with no kitchen sink. Luckily, I called somebody from the church, a great plumber, and he fixed it and said that it was nothing that I could have done. It had to have been a problem with the installation of that one or that it was warped. Now they are sending me letters thinking I'm dumb enough to open them. I'm throwing them away, not even opening, I don't care what they have to say. Now, she sees that I am trying to warn people so that they don't run into the same problem I did with them. They are very expensive and don't guarantee their work also.

Very upsetting and that night I printed off the Contract that BEST PLUMBING sent over and was just sick to think we may have to get a mortgage on our home to get our bathroom remodeled. I prayed about it and gave it to God. The next morning, our phone rang and it was Morgan from Moon Plumbing.
