First came out to my property to install two shower valves. Couldn't finish the second shower so told me the office would call to reschedule and get me in the following week. Two weeks later they called and said it would be another month before they'd get back out, all after they were previously informed the house would be sheet rocked as we are building back after the hurricane flooded our home. Turns out their plumber threw away the rough in template that goes around the valve which keeps the sheet rockers from making the hole too small or too big for the valve trim. Their plumber also didnt measure or adjust anything to the new valve just jammed it in there so all the pipes have bend in them to fit. All for the low price of $475. They have reckless drivers. A van failed to yield at a merge nearly ramming into me from the merge in lane. We were parallel and the driver was either unaware or maliciously attempting to force me into oncoming traffic in the opposite lane. I had to honk which seemed to wake them up and slam on the breaks as they accelerated again nearly rear ending the guy in front of me. I attempted to contact the company. Their call (which was probably a location issue on my part) kept disconnecting. I tried their chat service to alert them to the incident. No reply. Very unprofessional. No wise either given that this was in a vehicle with their company name and phone number plastered all over it. I am sure that they are probably capable plumbers. But they need to train their drivers. The driver I was nearly rammed by is a public menace. read more

While renovating bathroom was noted dampness on wall and slab, received many offers of plumbers to come and fix but Josh owner of current flow plumbing offered free service charge with no obligations, very polite and not pushy. John technician came to my home and did a water leak test. Was told NO leak but stucco had cracks and that is where water was coming from, as plumbing was going up in attic and not in the slab! So honest!!! I asked him if he could fix that and after checking with Josh (owner) came back with a fair price, he fixed nozzle on hose also, as was very rusted. I am so happy . He also added stucco to holes in wall from hose hanging device that was no longer there, and approximately 7 feet of cracks in stucco. This company is so honest! Very satisfied with the service. I contacted them to take care of a dripping shower head and shut-off valve. The we're very responsive and gave me a window of time for the visit and actually arrived on time. Throughout the repair, Jason kept me up to speed and explained what the issue was and what likely caused the issue. I called Current Flow when I noticed I had a bad leak in my den which is on the same wall as my bathtub. Current Flow came in a cut a hole in my wall and charged me $200 but didn't know what was leaking. He didn't even bother to check the overflow of the bathtub which seems like basic troubleshooting. He told me they don't detect leaks and told me to call another company, which charged me $350 to tell me they weren't certain what it was but may be a gasket on my overflow. I told them this does not explain the volume of water. Neither company thought to check the overflow in my bathtub. I figured it out myself. Current Flow came back again and I showed them that the overflow pipe was detached from the bathtub. He put a new gasket on, didn't charge me and left. This did NOT fix the problem. The office told me I got the diagnoses for free! What a scam! I was out $550 and had to fix it myself! read more

With this said, I had a tub shower remodel to a bathroom shower remodel where the bathtub spout/pipe was never closed. Yes I know... Everything about the two service calls I had with them was great. Good communication before and after the calls (from Melanie), on-time arrival during the service windows, professional and courteous technician (Dylan), spot-on analysis of my problem, reasonable price quote to fix the problem, excellent workmanship, complete cleanup and return to the way the work area looked before he arrived.
