Why would someone say that to a potential customer? And if you pass on the job fine but don't lie and say you only take referrals?!? If he wanted to discuss over the phone I had no issues with that but he didn't ask. Look, I ask the same questions to all our new handyman for a job and this made me feel disturbed and if Yelp is a bad platform for him to use then why post your business here? That doesn't make sense to me. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt after his yelp review. I believe in second chances.
