1 Star Review - Extremely Disappointed with LunsPro Inspections…read more I hired LunsPro for a pre-purchase home inspection expecting a professional and thorough job -- the kind of service that helps you make a safe investment decision. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. The inspector completely missed a major electrical issue in one of the bedrooms, where all outlets lose power when the light switch is turned off. This is something that could have easily been caught with even a basic functional test. Because of this oversight, I now have to file a warranty claim, coordinate electricians, lose work time, and deal with an unsafe electrical condition in a brand-new home. After filing a complaint, the original inspector admitted that this was highly unusual and that their "standard procedures" were not designed to test for this issue. He escalated the matter to his supervisor, Chuck, who then tried to convince me that this setup was not only acceptable, but actually very common in new houses -- which is absurd, since no one expects to need the lights on to use the outlets in a bedroom. A home inspection's entire purpose is to catch issues like this before closing. In my case, that didn't happen. I would not recommend this company -- there are plenty of inspection firms that take their work more seriously, check the basics, and actually stand behind their results.
