She asked if I wanted to go for it, I told her yes, and we came up with a listing date of May 4th. I informed the property management company that the house would be listed. She informed the tenant, and we arranged to go month-to-month until the house sold. THEN, Amy informs me that she spoke to her broker, who didn't think we could get the price I needed after all.
