After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Mental health might be trash sometimes, diet needs work, personal relationships are sometimes struggling, but boobs?! Man those are locked in and ready to go. I've no issues or complaints. Every person I've ever met including my boyfriend is shocked they're fake. The scar is so minimal and hidden. I run, do Pilates, and lift, with no issues except that I look ridiculously sexy all the time. Ugh to have boobs this good-- so much attention, so many free drinks, trips, dinners! I express my concern, he said that it was normal to continue to washed my wound with bacterial soap and water and to apply 2x a day bacitracin (which is over the counter ointment), My doctor whom I work for prescribed antibiotics topical and pills to try to saved my nipple. 5 -6wks has past and scan has not fallen I started doing the wet-n-dry wound care to soften the scab with sodium chloride. By the 8 wks mark the scab was loose so Dr morales removed it leaving a hole in my breast that was on a Monday, by Thursday I went to emergency with the worst pain, The doctor at emergency couldn't believe that I was left with an open wound . Now I need to wait and have a reconstructive surgery, It's been a difficult road but with the help of regenerative medicine it can be heal.

I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared.

Tampoco incluyen la faja (la venden por $145 y es de mala calidad; compré una de mejor calidad por $75). El sostén postquirúrgico tampoco está incluido y cuesta $70 más, también de mala calidad. Una vez que pagas y te operan, el trato cambia completamente. El personal se vuelve prepotente y no explican bien las cosas. En el primer masaje postoperatorio, que cuesta $100, la sesión fue de solo media hora. Durante ese masaje a mi esposa se le bajó la presión y nunca me avisaron ni me dieron una explicación clara de lo que ocurrió. Eso es muy preocupante. Para el segundo masaje, le indicaron que fuera a las 7:00 am. Llegamos puntuales y nos informaron que no estaba en la agenda. Una trabajadora llamada Marien olvidó agendar la cita y Nathaly tampoco la había programado correctamente. Nos dijeron que tal vez podían hacerle un espacio a las 2:00 pm y que esperáramos.
