I called back and was completely blown off for my concerns. They wouldn't even listen to me and how things changed. Didn't even ask me to come in for another appointment. Long story short, I just saw another ENT today and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Dr Musgrave totally missed it. And the medications he prescribed were inappropriate for a sinus infection. So now I've suffered additional weeks, lost time off work, and the infection got worse. I will never go back to them or suggest this place to anyone!

They informed me that it was because I had a balance from my last visit (which was 2-3 months ago) for $50. I never even received a phone call from them. WOW! I should have gone with my gut a long time ago and left the practice years ago! have been a patient at least two to three times as long. I am in the service/retail industry and my boss would have fired me within a week if I was this cold and ignorant to our customers. I'm a dumb guy so I guess I stuck with what worked. My Dr. went congerie and now I have to join a "country club" to get the "better level of health care" as described on the post card we were all sent. It's a shame too bc their have a couple great doctors that don't deserve to have angry women waiting for them. This is the third time I've waiting more than an hour for my appointment (1.5 hours today) and it definitely doesn't make me feel like they respect me as a patient or a person. If I didn't like my doctor So much I wouldn't punish myself by coming to this office ever again.

If anyone mentions the idea of wanting natural delivery or mentions considering working with a midwife, they will look at you as if you are absolutely crazy and judge you. I needed help and the nurse immediately made it about money, my insurance and then scolded me that I have not been seen enough for them to accept me as a patient anymore. If you have BV, UTI, yeast, etc and need to get in on short notice... good luck. Plan your yeast infections a week in advance! When I say a week in advance that is not an exaggeration. (I can make a few days work- I can understand people are booked, but a WEEK+???) The woman on the phone once said to me "they can't make appointments appear" and there is no waitlist. Staff is friendly and welcoming. (Except for that lady on the phone) The office is clean and updated. I have loved nearly all the doctors both OB and gyno. I delivered 2 of my babies with them. My favorite doctor, Dr Vierling, just retired. Each doctor is different in their own ways. Some are more quick to prescribe medication while others take a more homeopathic approach. Be sure to feel out the doctors to find the one YOU like. However, like I said above, if you have any urgent issues this is not the place to go. Therefore, 3 stars. They need to change their ways and have slots built in for urgent matters.

One of the most talented and respected doctor I have ever had…read more His mannerisms with patients is second to none. Listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. Makes sure you understand the diagnosis he makes and why tests need to be performed. Able to get blood tests done in the office which saves a great deal of time going to the outpatient area of the hospital!
