We did clean at the end but needless to say, we did not account for the smaller things like the window sills, fridge and oven. The cleaners did a phenomenal job and completely turned it all around. It was a nearly 2700 sq ft job, so nothing easy. I had my appointment from 9-11, but that wasn't enough as they did everything and then some, which ended up going 3 hours over or so. Jodie, the owner, was outstanding throughout. She gave the best pricing off the start, worked with us on deals and only charged one hour over! Our place is not ready to be rented yet, but I am going to call these folks back, based on my conversation with them. They took their time to talk through with me some issues re: having a vacation rental property at the beach - what kind/color linens to buy? who makes the best renters (who typically does the least damage to rental property). reasons to not rent our place for just a single night (how to prevent our property from becoming a party house). I think I've thought through a lot of issues, but some that we discussed I had not thought of. I REALLY appreciate their taking their time to talk to a total stranger. These folks have been doing this a while and they know their stuff and sound like true professionals to me. I am excited to be at a place in the future where I can make use of their services.

Never have my baths looked so beautiful!!! They are efficient in every way. Housekeeping help is better and more affordable than marriage counseling or therapy! We can always count on Marlene to do a thorough yet efficient cleaning job without moving things around too much (was a problem with other services in the past - we couldn't find things after they finished). She's also easy to get a hold of + communicate with; is reliable; and brings her own cleaning supplies. We have also asked her to help with a deep cleaning when we had house guests who were allergic to dogs (we have very "sheddy" dogs) and they delivered. I recommended Marlene to my parents and they're happy with her. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, trustworthy, well-run service, I think you'd be pleased with Marlene.
