I immediately called the company. The employee asked for photos, said he would speak to the owners, and told me someone would get back to me. I texted again on August 1st. No response by phone or text. I called again on August 12th, and someone said, "I will inform the owner." Still no word. If they don't care about the damage they cause to others, please don't trust them with your lawn.
