She was nice at the beginning, but she never offered any significant ideas or was very open to communicate with me. I don't know if we just got the worst designer or everyone is like her. She ignored me completely through email. She only replied to my husband and didn't copy me in the threads even if I was the one doing the design. I have a Master's Degree in Fine Arts in one of the best schools in the world, and I was not impressed by the creativity or services of Hannesson Home. I indeed found later that they are overpriced and the amazing pictures displayed in their social media and website are pictures from their providers and not their creation. I also believe a lot of their reviews are not real. I've been around enough affluent people in Billings and no one has ever used this store. I would recommend Rimrock Cabinets. Quality of cabinets were good, but the installer, Jim Jansen, owner of Absolute Construction did a…read morelousy job installing the cabinets. He was full of himself (bragging)saying he had been installing cabinets for years and won an award on the Parade of homes and so forth. When he unpacked the cabinets he sat a 4' w. x 3'h. x 2' d. wall cabinet on a step ladder w/ the door open and it fell breaking the door and fracturing the cabinet up the side (I saw him do this). When we noticed that he misaligned the cabinets, he blamed the plumb of the walls and said they weren't straight, and then he miscalculated the drop of the ceiling and misplaced an elec. outlet for our microwave plug immediately behind the roof vent for our microwave and used a plastic plate blank to cover the hole in our wall cabinet and had to punched another hole for outlet. We had several 3 - 7 day delays when he did not show up to finish so our kitchen was in disarray and unusable while we waited for him. We complained to Kitchens Plus and they said well, you should have picked someone else. I am giving Kitchens Plus a two star only because of the quality cabinets which cost $6,000.00, but when they came to see the lousy job their contractor did, the owner made excuses as well and we had to concede (suck it up) on several contractor mistakes. I do not recommend Kitchens Plus or Absolute Construction.

After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

They have a good selection and variety and offer great stuff at great prices. I come here for a lot of my international foods and furniture, home stuff and kitchen stuff. I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful.
