My basement flooded because of heavy rain, and of course it was on a Sunday evening, around 7pm. I looked for recommendations, and Brice's Masterclean was recommended highly by alot of people. I called them up, Brice himself called me. He reassured me when I was in panic mode, gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do, and told me he had a busy day, but he would see me the next day. He and another member of his team showed up, assessed the situation and gave me his recommendations. He showed up every day for a week, moving fans, air dehumidifiers, checked for new wet spots, and kept communication open the whole time. I have terrible allergies, and with all the stuff blowing around, I was dying. He even brought in a giant HEPA filter to help with that! This company has integrity, they keep communication open, and not only tell you what they are going to do, they tell you why they have to do it that way. Brice's cleaned carpets and kitchen grout in our house. They were very quick to get the work done and the work quality was not that good. Carpets didn't look as clean as they have with other cleaning companies and the grout barely looked like they did anything but to wash it with water. They said it was equipment error and were happy to come back and redo it which they did. Eventhough they said they sealed the grout, it hasn't held up and has gotten dirty looking much quicker than it should with regular cleaning (I change my wash water frequently). So I guess their sealer was faulty too. Three stars for that and so so work on carpets. Won't be a regular customer. read more

The owner even called, and he was the rudest of all. Refused to acknowledge that his staff had ever done anything wrong.
