Recently, I bought quite a lot of material from ProSource in Pompano for two apartments in New York. I was told by my sales associate it will not be a problem to be shipped weeks later I was charged over $5000 for shipping after contacting my attorney since I could not get anywhere with my sales rep I was told they will only charge me $1250 if I removed my review on Yelp. Rather than fighting I paid the $1250 and removed the review. A few weeks later I was contacted by phone and text numerous times that the supplies were delivered to the ProSource in Long Island and to please pick them up immediately. My Contractor drove an hour and picked up these supplies and brought them back and started working in the apartments for the vinyl floors. There was no under layer materials so he had to run out and buy the materials. They were not in the order the next day ProSource called me and told me that the underlayers are there now and they were sorry it wasn't in the order. I explained to them that my Contractor had to re-purchased them because he was in the midst of laying the floor. They could care less. I asked them to refund the cost of the underlayer or even mention that I would send them the bill of what my Contractor paid for the additional underlayer and they can just reimburse me to both suggestions they said absolutely not come and get your underlay. They lied to me when they told me everything was in the store. I have proof of four phone calls and three text messages that they harassed me starting on Friday of Memorial Day weekend to pick up the items because they were all there and it turns out that they were not all there my Contractor drove an hour there and an hour back to get the items and now they are telling me there is nothing they can do to refund the underlay material ProSource of Pompano is not a company that I would deal with if you want honesty and reputable people working with you. They tell you one thing and they do another. Originally when I ordered everything, there was no charge for delivery then weeks later there was a $ 5000 charge and after much fighting back-and-forth, it became $1200 which was still more than I was told from the beginning. Now I'm told all the materials that I ordered for two apartments are in. We go to get them. They're missing underlayers and my Contractor has to go and buy the material and they will not refund me for the material that's in the store that was never put with my order. This is a company that is definitely not reputable. Please be very wary of this company. We purchased 4 boxes of floor tile and 6 boxes of wall tile. When we opened the boxes there were 2 boxes of floor and 8 of wall. Not only did we have to buy the extra boxes of floor tile, they refused to take back the extra wall tiles. read more

I was referred by my contractor to shop at Pro Source for remodeling bathrooms in my new home. What started off as a 2 bathroom project, became 4! Not only was the selection amazing, the sales associate, Fanny Duran was incredible!! She is so knowledgeable of what's on trend, and was so patient with me as the process can be very overwhelming. A week later, I went back and worked with Fanny again to pick out all new flooring for my entire home. I cannot recommend Pro Source enough!! I can't wait to work with Fanny again soon. read more

Came here for an event and walked in, signed in. Spent 20 minutes walking around and not a single person asked if they could help me. Everyone was "chatting up" the folks at the buffet. This was a really dumb move-the people coming to the buffet are coming for Free food. I walked past the food and had taken pictures of my kitchen beforehand and nobody bothered to approach me. In other words, I am the Serious customer and you failed to recognize me. Part of being a great salesperson is to weed out the non-serious customers from the Buyers so your efforts aren't wasted! As the event was after work I came in my scrubs. I got a look from one of the employees like I wasn't dressed nice enough???? Seriously, this is like a nice Home Depot. I'm in medical sales so your non-approach towards me sucked. Too bad, I'm getting a nine thousand dollar commission check at end of January and I was looking to spend all of it and some more on updating my kitchen...but not here. read more

I am so disappointed.....I ordered my kitchen cabinets from Pro Source in Pompano Beach. My contractor installed the cabinets in June 2019. However, there was a punch list. I go away in July for the summer; my contractor also leaves. We notified Jason Bezio of pro source that there were problems in writing and with pictures on June 17, 2019. He did not respond.....Not until mid November was my order was delivered. Two of the three pieces delivered came wrong and have to be reordered. One BIG problem is that no one, not Jason and not the manager, Jorge Chiciana, return phone calls, leaving the custome to feel ignored. Apparently no customer service. I went to the showroom today to pick up the newly reordered parts today, November 25. DON'T SHOP HERE! read more

I have never left a Yelp review for any company before but I couldn't not take the time to compliment this business. I came to Florida with my elderly mother to prepare her condo for sale. Jorge went above and beyond to help us, including a home visit and consultation on renovation projects. He gave us an incredible deal on flooring, guided us through the entire process, and called in to check on the installation several times. Recently purchased flooring and counter tops from prosource for a house renovation. For the flooring we worked with Izabella Deoliveira. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of the materiel for the flooring. Originally we were unable to find the floor we were looking for from other suppliers. Not only was Izabella able to find the flooring she made certain it was delivered exactly on time. We also had the pleasure in working with Jason Bezio for the kitchen countertop. Jason also is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jason and Izabella both spent the extra time to refer us to a distributor that had the exact stone we were looking for and refer us to a fabricator that did a perfect job in installation and fabrication of the materiel. Jason also negotiated on our behalf with the fabricator to get us the best price.
