The practice greens are just like the course greens, which if you play golf a lot you know that's not always the case. The course is definitely challenging, but not miserable to play if you aren't a scratch golfer. One thing I will say though, the greens are FAST! You better be able to putt, or you will 3-4 putt every single hole. If you get a day and want to treat yourself, this would be a great place to do so.

At the driving range, using my #taylormade RBZ #5 19' Driver for the first time, that I just bought yesterday, and the head snaps off! That was funny, but the good people there at the club, offered me use of their drivers for free, so as to not ruin my day there. It is this small gesture that will have me coming back to play! We started playing there in 1990. We always played at least 54 holes and on four occasions we played eighty holes(not a miss print). We did not play last because I was moving. The reason we played that many holes is my one way drive was 1 hour and 45 minutes and my playing partner drive was 1 hour and 30 mins. I came from the East and he from the West. We always had the first tee time. So much fun. Of course we bought stock in ibuprofen. If we lived thirty minutes away we would join but now I live 2:05 hours away and have to drive through Atlanta traffic. We will see Meadow lakes as soon as it warms up. We also love the clubhouse. They have activities every month with all ages in mind. Most weekends they have Kids Club for a reasonable fee. We have attended many of the special events too. The pool in the summer is great! We love to come out at least Sundays to eat at the pool grill & swim. My 5 year old loves the diving board. All in all CCC is a great value & family oriented.

Aesthetically, this is not to everyone's taste but it normally makes for a more forgiving layout for those a little wayward off the tee. The standout at CCC is definitely the condition of the course. It is definitely the finest I've witnessed all summer. This is a Private club so not necessarily an easy tee time to get, but well worth a go if you are lucky enough to get an invite.
