If they cannot be honest enough to sharpen knives, how can they be trusted in any kind of other business transaction?

Elevator company would have done it but quote was in the thousands for 2 hours of time. Called Doug and he travelled to Ishpeming and had it running in about an hours time and charged much less than that the elevator quote.
