We were unaware of the appointment policy. I feel that the bank teller could have at least asked the customer service rep is she could have least made time to help my dad. I am not a member of this bank but my dad has been one for a long time. I know my bank would have tried to assist us and not send us away without at least asking if someone could help with this situation. Would not recommend this bank at this time.
