I was violated when my account was used by someone else. I reported to the bank money was missing…read moreand requested both my cards be deactivated. I was told by book keeping that u would have to call the business that the charge was from to try to recover the money myself before I could file a dispute. At that time I felt lucky the business gave me no problems refusing my money. So I called booking back to let them know I was expecting a refund and asked again for my two card to be deactivated and for new one. Mind you this is 3 days later. Two weeks past and no new cards and my husbands unemployment check hit so I went to pay bills and noticed money missing again. So I call book keeping. Once again I'm told to call the business I which the charge happened they are no help so I go into the riverside branch only to find out there are two charges and my card still have not been deactivated. The riverside branch deactivated both cards in front of me and allows me to fill out a dispute on one charge then tells me I'll have to go to trinity and see bookkeeping for the other. So I call and speak to the supervisor of book keeping Pam Johnson and get a run around. She tells me she will have to speak to the president of the bank because I insisted on both charges be immediately put back into my account seeing I requested those cards shut off 3 times ina two week period. So after 24 hrs and no call back a phone mrs johnson again to find out the president of the bank refused to meet with me at my requesting an appointment with him and tells her to close my account due to to much fraud. Mind you this is where we receive our unemployment check which takes two weeks to change and they didn't even have the common curtesy of calling me to tell me they was going to close the account. I feel violated not just by the two thieves who used my account without permission but by Crystal and Ashley who handles booking and by the supervisor Pam Johnson and the president of the bank who swept their mistakes under a rug. Now I will have to wait an extra week to receive the check and pay to have it cashed. Plus no debit cards to pay bills with. SHAME on you MR. PRESIDENT of FNB Trinity for not holding your employees to some kind of standard, and for put blame on one of your customers for fraud that's no way to do business.

This bank has served Trinity for over 100 years. I love that I speak to a person, not a machine when I call. I love that the employees have been at the bank for a long time and know their customers.

All staff have demonstrated the ability to have critical thinking and have helped me problem solve several financial issues. They should do a presentation for the banking industry on how to do customer service right!
