Absolutely horrible experience. I am 4 years sober in my life. And took my anesthetic pill an hour prior to my appointment. Now this appointment had already been cancelled once and rescheduled. Meaning I had to have people waiting for me and be ready to take care of me that day on two separate occasions. - I take my pill in the AM. We arrive at the dentist office at 10:30, lights off, nobody in there. Apparently everybody in the office was "sick" and nobody thought to call or anything. So here I am, sober for 4 years, getting groggy and tired from my pill. With no dentist here. DO NOT GO HERE. absolutely fucking terrible. read more

I'm a new patient of Dr. Anna Royzman. I had 2 teeth extracted along with bone graft and immediate denture partial put in after the procedure. She is very professional and did an amazing job with absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. Her assistants were amazing as well. All of her staff is friendly and wonderful. Not to mention Lori the front desk Office Staff, she is fantastic! She is great at what she does! She greets you as soon as you walk in the front door with a big smile! Lori even called me the next day after my procedure to check on me to see how I was feeling. I never had a dental office to that. Keep up the great work Lori! First off, the staff are fantastic and super friendly. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, making appointments is easy and they are upfront about pricing. Having not gone to a dentist in a long time I needed a fair amount of work done and they gave me substantial discounts. Dr. Royzman is incredibly friendly and when financial circumstances changed what work I ended up having done at the last minute, she was accommodating and spoke openly with me about my options. When I called to set up an appointment as a new client I was told that I would need to come in to be examined and then come back a second time for a cleaning. I said I had never heard of not having an exam and cleaning during the same appointment. The lady on the phone said she was new to the practice and agreed with me that this was unusual, but that it was the dentist's policy to do so. She scheduled me for an exam and cleaning during the same appointment. I just called to confirm that both the exam and cleaning would be done during my appointment this afternoon. The man I spoke with said their hygienist had an emergency so wouldn't be able to do my cleaning. This seems like a scam. They want you to come in twice just to get an exam and cleaning. I canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere. read more

I was a bit nervous about having to have a crown removed and a temporary one fitted. The Doctor was very gentle and administered the pain killer very quickly. The whole session went very smoothly and I will return in a week or so for the installation of the new crown. Excellent care; Very professional staff. The staff was very courteous and professional from the time I entered the office and was met by Shannon, the receptionist to Dr. Royzman. Staff members introduced themselves and used my name. They told me what they planned to do today, why, and how much my visit today would cost. They made me feel important in the evaluation process, Dr. Royzman explained my dental condition to me and what the options and prognosis would be along with costs. I appreciated her candid assessment and giving me time to decide on my course of action. She understands my financial and personal dilemmas. all around awful experience wouldn't let me ask the dentist any questions. things were not explained to me well at all. said they would call me back and didn't. I show up for the appointment, they say it was canceled and asked if my phone was shut off because they tried calling. it hadn't and they didn't. This place is horribly outdated, all the equipment and machines are almost vintage. Also I've saved A LOT of money switching dentists. Worst office I've ever been to, the nice reviews are probably family members of the staff or something. read more

I get there and they said oh we tried to call you but the person who scheduled you is no longer here and they put you down to visit a dentist not a cleaning.
