I called Teague to have them look at a wired smoke detector I thought I had a problem with. When…read morethey arrived, the electrician said it was not a smoke decor wired to the security system, and he could not fix it. He did nothing more than look at it, then walked out. Came back few minutes later saying the charge was $125. ( You should know that Teague installed the wiring, smoke detectors and security system in the house when it was built.) After paying and thinking about what they charged me, I called the Teague office to discuss it. When I called, I was told the manager had just stepped out, but the receptionist said he would call me back when he came back. He never called back. If they came out and found a problem, and I decided not to have them repair it, I could see them charging me for the service call. But coming out, looking at it and telling me they could not work on it, and then charging me $125, I think is a poor business practice. They put the system in, so obviously they could work on it. And then not calling me back, another poor business practice. I will not call them again, they obviously have no concern for their customers, they only care about how much money they can get out of them. If you need an electrician, call elsewhere and get someone you can trust to do the work, not walk away with your money.

He was very professional, kind, communicative, hard working, knowledgeable, and did a great job on the hardwiring. He always kept me up to date with the progress and discussed any road blocks he came across, always gave me options for alternative solutions, gave me honest recommendations, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work. As an out of state investor, he gave me peace of mind to be able to monitor my investment from afar. Will be using him again for future properties and possibly my primary. Highly recommend!

I've got keys from Rueschhoff and their affiliate, Mobile Locksmith, several times, and I've always…read morebeen satisfied. Yesterday was exceptional. I'd lost my car key two weeks ago. Been using a spare Rueschhoff cut a while back. It's the basic key that must be turned in the lock, and it cost $150. Yesterday afternoon, I discovered the dealer would charge more than my monthly payment to replace the original key! So at 4:30 I called Rueschhoff. Arron made my day. He quoted $150 over the phone, including programming, for a new smart key, and he said he could do it now. (NOTE: they close at 5:00. I didn't realize this, so I became a total jerk by getting some food to eat while they worked and waltzing in at 4:55. Always ask!) That's when I ruined Arron's day. The replacement key was complicated, partly because I didn't have the original with the transponder, and partly because of weird factory locksmithy stuff. Still, Arron, Mark and Jeff went far beyond the call of duty, working an hour overtime to get things right. Long story short: I ended up with an unprogrammed key, identical to the one I had made at Rueschhoff a few years ago for $150.Arron's girlfriend wasn't too pleased, but he has made this old woman really happy!

That electrician suggested I splice into the bathroom circuit. By chance, I saw a Hemel electric truck a block away so I called the phone number and Craig came over. He said he could connect up the wire and fish it through the crawl space to the breaker box and give the garage it's own circuit. HE DID! And he performed this in under two hours. The fee was very reasonable. These guys are honest, hard working and willing to do what the other electricians won't. Here is a pic of Craig after he emerged from the crawl space (which was very dirty).

I PAID…read morefor all the equipment and cameras (not them)....was charged around $50/month.....in the last property i was only there around 2 years (moved) and they had me pay a cancellation fee as they had me sign a 3 year agreement (which i don't understand as they did NOT front me any equipment...I paid for it).....so why a minimum of 3 years....you'd think they would waive the cancellation fee given the 13 year relationship. Further, why 3 year contracts when they don't pay for the equipment...they charge the customer up front.

I got a call from Neil whose father started the business 30 years ago. He apologized and asked for details. I told him I appreciated the call and would amend my review. He said that was necessary as that is the point of reviews and they messed up. In our conversation, I mentioned that ADT was not scheduled for another week when I am back in town. He asked if he could come over and speak with me about my services. He apologized, discussed my service with me and I chose to renew my agreement with Atronic. They came out today (10/13) to get me hooked back up and I had some requests that they accommodated. I appreciate a local company that takes pride in their work and is not too proud to prove themselves again and ask for your business. ___________________________ This review is more about the service than the product. I moved to KC three years ago and the home I bought had Atronic. I contacted them and continued the service. I wanted to do business with them since they are local and not go with someone like ADT. I switched to Google Fiber 9 months ago and got rid of my land line phone. My security system would not work without the land line. I called and there were some expensive wireless hook up charges and in addition, the monthly fee went up $10 a month. I asked to have the set-up waived since I was a current customer. They would not do it. I decided to cancel service since I never use it. 9 months later I decide I want to re-activate my service. I call them to arrange it and they no longer charge the set-up fee, but the increased monthly fee. Fine. I am told I will get a call with someone to arrange it. Three weeks later I have not heard from anyone. I call back and am told that a form was emailed to me and they were waiting to get it back....from three weeks ago. I never received it. They sent another and it went into my Junk folder, but I was watching for it this time. In those three weeks, I had a call from ADT and went through a quote process with them. It was a better deal, much better actually, and I said no because I wanted to keep it local. Atronic is now waiting on me to fill out a new form (never mind I was already a customer and they have one on file) and they will get me on a service call list once I return it. ADT offered to have a Service Technician out the next day if I would sign up with them. Hello, ADT! Where have you been all my life? If you want to give your money to a company that wants it, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are other local options.

Not knowing that a Ring would not be the best way to secure my home, I was educated by one of their sales consultants in a way that was informative. Sometimes when you have sales folk trying to sell you something it doesn't seem solid and genuine. My system is what I needed and is extremely affordable. Installers did a terrific job of being efficient and non-intrusive. Definitely recommend.

I then cancelled my service with CSG. They cancelled my business account correctly, but after I jumped thru the hoops to cancel my home account I find that they have been still billing me for the last year. They even auto renewed my contract for another year even when their system showed they were not connected to my security system any longer. In reviewing my bank account I finally noticed that I have been paying $30.45 for the last year. I contacted them to handle the matter and they stated they never received my e-mail and that I needed to send it again and they would not credit me back any of the paid amounts. You'll be surprised how quickly they respond.

Our tech was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The installation took twice as long because he didn't know which switch breaker to turn off and then I had to go through the app and finish the installation myself. He also said he's never installed the Ring Pro when he looked at the device.
