The tech called at 12:10 and was at our location by 12:20 pm. The service tech. Nate T. , was very courteous and professional. He inspected the door apparatus carefully, and recommended some additional items for attention in addition to replacing the tensioned spring on the garage door. He explained his reasoning for the additional items and at the conclusion of his work showed me the old parts so I could see the issues he was concerned about.
