Would never hire this people.. I don't want them even for free!!…read more Bunch of Liar Unprofessional All they want is rep of the insurance company

Bad service and poor communication!…read more They came out to clean our tile floors (45 minutes late) and went around the eating areas and trash cans because they "don't move furniture" (i.e.: table chairs and trash cans). They skipped the laundry room and under a window because again "they don't move furniture" and there was a hover board, glider and baby car seat on the floor. Much of the floor looked wet when they left and felt sticky; it remained that way for the next 48 hours. They sent someone out to look at the floor, (the same guy who did the job) and he said it was chemicals and asked me if I'd tried mopping it up. I mentioned the area on the floor that was undone, and he said "I guess I skipped that part." After calling the office to see what they wanted him to do, he came back and said he'd do the floor again. Here for less than 2 hours (the first time it took 3-4 hours), he left and said the floor that still looked wet would dry. We moved the stuff by the window and he said he'd make an exception and move the furniture. The floor still looked wet, so I called the office to find out he I could clean it (I have pets and a baby, I don't want chemicals left on my floor). I washed my floor after paying for HydraDry to do it... twice. As I walked around the house, I noticed that he missed a lot of other areas, as under the corners of the kitchen and shower. I found that he barely went over the area by the window and again he skipped the eating areas (and did not move the chairs), bypassed the laundry room and shower, did not move the trash cans and left the floor wet, saying it would dry. Finally, our dog peed on the floor and he went around the urine, leaving it in the grout. Unacceptable, I called the office and scheduled someone different to finish the job. They were supposed to come at noon. No show. At 12:30pm I called to find out where they were. 1:10pm I called back, the person was held up on another job, he'd be over in the evening around 6-6:30pm. No show. At 6:20pm I called to find out f he was coming. I did not receive a return call. 11:00am the next day I called. They said their tile cleaning machine had been run over and was in the shop. It would be 3-5 business days (or a week in real time) for it to be fixed. I suppose calling to let me know they'd be unable to finish a job for which I paid a premium was going to take longer than expected. Such bad service. Can't clean a floor (I mop at least once a week, cleaning it wasn't hard! It just needed to be done and I wanted it sanitized). And can't pick up a phone. SMH. Nevermind. I took the refund. *Photos are from after the second cleaning. **Crossposted on UpDog Reviews

They were only prompt about sending a rep out to provide assessment but that assessment never produced any statement of work or estimate that was promised to be sent to my email - not worth the hassle and the owner was only concerned about being bounded to any price estimate he had provided.

The reason why this is a 3 star review is because for 8 days they billed the exact amount of insurance coverage we had. The dryers they used are $800 each on Amazon (the exact same brand) and the air filtration unit was around $600. So for about half of their charge I could have just bought the units and ran them myself. They were also supposed to coordinate the testing and remediation efforts -- the testing happened, but I never got a report back and there really was no coordination of efforts for the remediation. Their remediation partner submitted an estimate that was also for the exact amount of our coverage and I never got to see any estimates before they went to the insurance company. I would consider them if I had a big job, but I would know to get estimates and prices up front. For another small job, I would just dry it out myself.

When confronted with the job not done they wanted to charge me more. They overcharged for service that didn't make mathematical sense. They brought in dirty dehumidifiers into my home causing my family and I to get sick, and then victim blamed saying my home was dirty, even though I have proof my home was dust free! They tell you what you want to hear them wreck your home. Please do not hire. They only care about money and not protecting you or your home. Edit; The owner is saying my claims are untrue. That's why I posted pictures so you can see for yourself! They'll leave your home in a mess and destroy your home. They will claim you make up allegations and refuse to acknowledgment of any wrong doing or damages. Pictures tell the story and I wish I could post all of them. The first picture is my carpet, brand new home, has a white wash where they spilled paint and poorly attempted to clean it, let's not forget they removed the wrong wall in remediation and over charged me for 2000sf of insulation removal but to return the same volume was 1000sf! Oh and they punctured the water lines while stapling the plastic up to the wall, so when we got home, the main water was turned on and it poured into my exposed bathroom wall! They claimed I never let them know about incomplete work yet the date of that message shows that I contacted them, followed up by a phone call. They also tried 2 times to manipulate the post remediation testing by leaving air scrubbers running and attempting to return to my home, which we weren't here for the entire remediation, to turn off the machine right before the mold testing company arrived. The list of dirty laundry and why you should avoid this company is continuous! They're also disputing and trying to remove my reviews! Too bad she can't pull it off of here. Heed warning, go with a bigger company that cares.

Enter Restore Roofing... and I am SO glad we found them. Randall, David, and their entire team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They came out, thoroughly inspected everything, worked to recreate the leak, and provided a detailed report with photos that we could submit. They took their time, explained everything clearly (in a way that actually made sense), and were completely honest and upfront the entire process. What truly impressed me was their integrity. Even though they could have tried to take on more work themselves, they instead recommended we contact Florida Solar Contracting since our issue was tied to our solar -- and our original installers were no longer in business. That referral ended up being exactly what we needed, and it speaks volumes about their character. It's rare to find a company that puts doing the right thing over making more money, but that's exactly what Restore Roofing did. If you're looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest local company -- this is it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Phil White's bid was the most inclusive and after reading many reviews and speaking to several companies, I selected this company. Let me save you the trouble of doing all that research - Phil White Painting is highly experienced. They are perfectionists, excellent communicators, organize the job very well, and go the extra mile to please the customer. They know their paint and made recommendations about product level and brand that in their experience, works best in the central Florida climate. Attention to detail is everything in painting. For example, they did a superb job navigating the line between the stucco soffits (dark brown) and the body color (creamy white) - the stucco texture on both surface required extra focus and precision, and the line is perfect all the way around the house. They also did, at no extra charge, some selected stucco patching to hide a previous repair line and minor flaws, and used two, and in some spots, three coats of paint to ensure a seamless, flawless finish. Throughout the job, they communicated frequently, confirmed our wishes, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful. We did a complete walkthrough upon completion, and we were extremely happy with the finished result! Let me not forget to mention that the price was fair and reasonable. So just call them, and leave your worry at the door. I will be reaching out to Phil white Painting again in the future for interior painting and paver cleaning and sealing. Their company motto should be "An educated consumer is our best customer."
