They absolutely could have charged us any amount and could have taken advantage that we didn't know what the damage was. They were honest. Thwy used their specialty tools to test all the areas. They told us we did a good job cleaning up and drying. They made sure things were safe. They let me know how I could repair the damage myself. Then they left without charging me anything. It's very rare to find honest people that don't find problems (even if they aren't there) just to get your business. For this reason I'm leaving this review.
