I decided to have the work done. They finished it quickly and professionally and within the original estimate. They were also willing to do a bit of add on work I requested at the last minute for a very reasonable price. If I need more work on the house, they will be my first call. Keep up the good work !

The "salesman" bailed on the job leaving me to negotiate with the ESL crew, who stated I needed a new roof deck. They probably didn't understand that I'm a structural engineer with 40 years of experience, and a quick inspection of the roof deck revealed NO reason whatsoever to repair even a portion of the roof deck....so a blatant attempt at ripping me off over $1000- I feel for the people who don't have the expertise to assess their own roof and will get scammed by this crew....Judging by the other comments, Im not the only one disappointed by this group. PASS
