The roof was expertly replaced along with soffit, fascia, gutters and some siding. Unfortunately, there was a problem in the batch of shingles--they were obviously from different lots--and two variations of colored tile were placed on the roof. Jerry and his team, contacted representatives from the company who inspected the roof, agreed it was no fault of the installation and backed their guarantee for a complete removal and replacement. A crew was dispatched within a couple of weeks to take care of the problem and had a beautiful, single-colored roof on in the time span of a morning. I've had Jerry do several projects for me over the years including a complete tear off down to the rafters. Jerry and his crews are pros and know their roofing and how to install it right. I had a couple of failed roof boots for my furnace that needed to be replaced. We had a quote from one company for $850. And they would not warrant the job saying if the roof did not have ice and water shield code would force them to re-roof the whole thing. Jerry came and fixed it for $265, no muss, no fuss. And he did the original roof as well. He may not be the cheapest in every situation, but it's far more important to get the roof installed right by a pro who will give it to you straight. I had a minor roof leak and found Jerry Newman by googling roofing company around me. He and his team reacted to my calls and emails very quickly. Jerry stopped by and we talked about the issue in person. Unlike what was tabled to me by other companies that I need to have the entire roof replaced, he only advised what was needed to fix the issue based on his professional experience. We struck a deal by one visit and one email confirmation as simple as that. In addition, he did a more comprehensive inspection and made appropriate repairs. KS from LITH 5/7/15, 2015-05-07 We called Jerry late last summer and he gave a quote to replace the shingles on the house and garage along with replacing two skylight windows . He also gave us a list of other options to consider as well. Part of this was an insurance claim . Someone from Jerry`s company was here at the same time the insurance adjuster was here and they worked well together in getting things figured out. Since he couldn't get the job done before winter he did touch up a few areas to get us through until spring. The job was recently completed and we are very happy with how everything turned out. We were experiencing a leak in a small section of our roof. Sam Grana came out. He listened and inspected the roof. Also, he explained like another roofer we had out what he thought was the cause of the problem but Sam took it one step further and looked for the actual physical proof to find it was a totally different reason we had the leak. Sam was honest, really cared and had wonderful follow up. Ron called when the roof section would be repaired and responded quickly when I called him. This roofing company was amazing I mean they showed up at 7am to replace my entire roof as well as replace chimney an all and they were completed by 2:30pm. I was so shocked that they completed the job in such record time the roof look great an my neighbors complimented how nice my new roof looks. Even they said that they did it and such record time. We had selected Jerry Newman to redo our entire roof back in 2008. We recently contacted him because of torn fascia from a wind storm in late winter. He and his team were prompt in assessing the damage and scheduling the repair work. They perfectly matched the color for the 2 sections that were missing; I'm a stickler for detail and I can't tell where the repairs were done. We had them replace 3 skylights over 2 years. They even caught a minor cosmetic issue, fixed it and didn't charge me. I only had issue with one person there, but Sam who I have been mainly dealing with took care of it. They did a roof inspection while they were up there and let us know that the roof was good. The only delay in getting everything done was caused by rain storms passing through. The job was completed in two days, yes they were late days - 8pm.
