We're delighted to have such a talented, capable doctor and her talented team so close to our house, but it is worth a drive for an easy-going pediatrician who goes out of her way to make sure I'm not super stressed about the little things (a bout of diaper rash or a little cold) but have all the support I need on the big things (breastfeeding, vaccinations, etc.). She is a mom of four, so she has a lot of valuable insights for a busy working mom. We also love Amy and Jennifer on the office staff, and Dr. Lindenau's main nurse, Ashley. She is just as important to our experience as Dr. L, and she is a wonderful nurse. She's very good at her job, equally great with kids and parents, and we just really like her bedside manner. They've been able to get us in quickly the two times we've needed to be seen so far for something other than regularly-scheduled appointments. Most recently when I called, they got me in within an hour to see the NP, which was all we needed and worked perfectly for us. The other reason to go here is they are affiliated with Children's Hospital, which is clearly the hospital of choice for young children in OKC. Meaning, Junie's pediatrician would have privileges at Children's should we need that for any reason. I hope we don't need that, but it is a good think to think about just in case. I like to think this will Juniper's doctor until she's in college!

He always knows exactly how to reassure me and my mom when we have questions , he's also my 4 year old cousins doctor and he loves him ! I can't recommend Dr Jackson enough ! The most unprofessional medical clinic I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. As an RN…read moremyself I am disgusted on a personal AND professional level. I fell upon entering the facility because of broken tiles catching the heal of my sandal and the door (facing north) slamming due to the wind and trapping my left foot. Fast forward to my appointment where the medical assistant didn't know how to spell any of my medications (I'm only on 3 and they are VERY common) and felt it necessary to violate HIPAA and tell me about the child in the next room "being dramatic about their ear infection" (I'll not give further details, but if you are reading this and had an appointment for your kiddo on December 2nd, just know the staff hates you and your child and has zero respect for privacy) and she also let me know how terrible she felt the provider that was working that day was. After visiting with the PA and requesting refills of my thyroid medications, she wanted to draw blood DESPITE me offering results from less than 3 weeks prior. She spoke over me and did not listen to my recent liver enzyme history which will come into play later. The MA came back into the room and could not successfully complete the blood draw - side note, I have HUGE easy, veins and have allowed many students to practice on me to build their confidence. A different MA was sent in who had no trouble. I was told I would receive a call when the results were back (these labs are typically ready overnight). I left and went home and awaited a call back. It bears noting NO ONE evaluated me for injury after my fall, nor was an incident report filed. Fast forward 2 weeks and I had still not been contacted so I reached out to ask 1. If the tiles had been replaced so that no one else would fall and 2. Why my labs were still not reviewed/refills called in. After several hours a different provider/building owner stated she didn't know anything about the tiles and that my labs were delayed because my liver enzymes were elevated and they needed additional tests. So instead of listening to me during my appointment and realizing I had already had those liver tests completed as well as an ultrasound, they wasted time and Healthcare dollars on redundant testing and did not advise ME the patient in a timely manner of what they assumed to be unknown critical values?!? That is outrageous and quite frankly borders on malpractice and insurance fraud. I reported them to my insurance company as well another entity for the safety and HIPAA violations which they denied. In fact, they called me a liar regarding the broken tile so I will be attaching photographic proof along with my review.

He listened to our concerns for each kiddo and met us with easy steps to follow for them. But I didn't just see Dr. Glade. My daughter's follow up visits were with his PA and while I think she made my daughter feel at ease in the office, she dismissed my mom gut early on and claimed my daughters tantrums and sleep disturbances were purely developmental. I listened to her because she was confident in her diagnosis, but after a long and sleepless summer, I went to Dr. Glade for a second opinion and he agreed with what my mom gut was saying and ordered a sleep study to make sure my daughter's tonsils were the culprit to her sleep and behavior issues. Turns out my gut was spot on. My daughter wasn't struggling with toddler developmental milestones, but sleep apnea, and it was effecting everything. Something that could have been looked into and dealt with months ago when I had first voiced my concerns to the PA. Dr. Glade validated my concerns and did not hesitate to look into them. After reviewing her sleep study he confirmed my suspicions and we are scheduled to have her tonsils removed next month. Parents, if you are wanting a doctor who listens to you and genuinely cares for your kids, look no further than Dr. Glade.

They are not very friendly if you ask a question, they just stare at you with their mouse hanging open like you're speaking of foreign language. If their front desk staff were better trained or have better personalities this could be a five star office
