Just went for my boy's circ and am completely appalled by what transpired. The doctor said he…read moredoesn't believe lidocaine does anything so injected him first, which was painful by the sounds of the cries. Then after beginning immediately without allowing any time for numbing to take effect, I said, "That hurts" and was met with, "well he is going to feel some of it for sure." This is the second one of these procedures I have been in attendance of and the first one allowed time for numbing to take place which resulted in my boy feeling very little if anything. I had to hold my little boy today while he gasped at each new step of the procedure. I will say he did not feel absolutely everything but he felt enough for me to say I have no interest in returning under any circumstance.

In addition to her practice being very outdated, she doesn't listen to her patients or parents. Furthermore, she is a founding member of SEGM, which is against gender care for trans youth, which this practice DOES NOT DISCLOSE. Do your research and take your child elsewhere! Anyway, the check in procedure was smooth and my wait time was minimal. A great start. Matt came out to get me and we started the process. Matt explained every part of the process and really eased my mind, even after I asked about the gun concern. Then Nicole came in to start taking pictures of my heart.
