They charged me $90 copay for 3 previous covid visits which were covered by my insurance and just left the money in their system (no refund at all). Then when the bill for 9/7/23 came up they used the $90 dollars they kept to pay part of this bill instead of getting the bill corrected with my insurance. I then got a bill for $16.97 in 2/24. I kept getting texts about the bill but never received a paper bill until this time. I had notified them that I did not do my business via online/phone. I paid the bill on 2/14/24 but got another bill in 3/24 for the same thing. When I called them, I was told that is takes 30 days for payments to show on file. The Providence office took my credit card information that I gave them to pay my co-pays with and charged the amount I owed from a visit in 12/23 on it instead of sending me a bill. No notice and no bill was sent to me. I was told I had to keep a credit card on file if I was using this office. Why do you need a card on file when you could just pay each time you go? They want this so they can do just what they did to me by charging my card and not sending me a bill. The billing department is the reason I will never go here again.

Infant grand- twins with severe colds and my older sister with diverticulitis. Then I had a kidney infection and could barely walk and I got good care. Had a bug bite on my face that swelled up terribly and was crazy itching. I got medication to reduce my symptoms. Very happy with the care of me and my family. Thank you!

I believe all of the doctors that are in charge of the studies also practice at Springhill. CCR participates in clinical trials (clinical research) on a how a new medicine or treatment works in humans. Through these studies, doctors find new treatment options to prevent, detect, diagnose and control illness. These studies are very carefully conducted and participation in any study is voluntary. The staff outlines all of the risks and benefits before you take part in any study. This is a great way to gain access to new medical therapies before they are widely available to the public. I have participated in one study involving a vaccine. It paid well and the payments were VERY FAST. CCR deposited the money into my account the day after each visit. I am so lucky that I called this facility and so grateful for the two ladies working on the evening of 11/6 (I regret not asking their names!) They were kind, helpful, and got me in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you doesn't cut it but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !
