This "clinic" is a joke. Don't even waste your time attempting to make an appointment if you're a…read more"new patient". I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! There are PLENTY OF doctors in WW that are better and not part of this bs scheme WW clinic has enforced! Just do your research and you'll find a fabulous doctor like I have!

My Dr. is JP. I have called them to as I need 3 referrals for things that he recommended. I called them 8 times in August, once a week in September and 3 times in October. I was able to speak to his nurse the last few times. She was very polite. She informed me on my 4 to 6th call that they "put me on the priority list" whatever that means. The last time I called, again she was really nice and apologized for JP and mentioned that he needed to finish his notes from my August meeting so I could get the referrals processed. Needless to say, after that I called another doctor outside of the WWC and to my great surprise, they answered the phone and scheduled me an appointment within the week. Given the referrals that my new doctor has received, I am very hopeful this will be it for me and WWC!

There are not many options for great medical care in Walla Walla, so I was surprised when this…read moreclinic had no wait list. But I quickly learned exactly why there is no wait to get in here. Even just using urgent care as your PCP will be better for you. I certainly got much better care at the urgent care than at Heritage clinic. I had extremely low expectations, and even then was blown away at how terrible my overall, months long experience was here. On my first visit, Morasch called me 'Princess' and told me I didn't look autistic, which should have been the red flag of all red flags, but I was desperate. One can not "look" autistic, that is not a thing, not to mention that no middle aged woman wants to be called princess by your medical provider, how condescending. He had me come in every 4 weeks for several months, but I noticed that I was just going in to hear him talk about himself and not at all about any of my actual medical concerns. I was repeatedly dismissed and he just talked over me the entire visits. I got to hear a story about his friends Yacht and about what kind of wine he likes, but he didn't ever say much about why I was actually there. Once I realized he had no actual intent in doing his job as a medical provider, I started questioning why I needed to come in so frequently and wasn't given a clear answer, other than for SSRI's. No other doctor in the past has made me come in that frequently for a low dose non habit forming medication. In the few months I was a patient there, they canceled THREE separate appointments last minute and tried to reschedule them for times I couldn't make. My appointments needed to be postponed until the "Dr." was back from vacation, which resulted in my prescriptions just going unfilled. I was back and forth with my pharmacy and with the clinic and it took several weeks to get my prescriptions finally filled and this happened MULTIPLE times. Every single time I needed refills, it was the same thing. His lack of response and action caused me to withdraw from SSRI's (that I've been on for years prior) three separate times, which really affected my life and caused my medications to no longer work for me. I asked him to sign an accommodations request for my job due to this greatly affecting me, and he refused, instead signing a paid leave form, which my work would not accept for my type of accommodation request. I ended up having to quit my job that I'd had for a year and a half, directly because of the absolute lack of care I received from this clinic. Luckily, my OBGYN has heard all of the horror stories about Dr. Morasch and was happy step in as an interim PCP until I could get into another PCP with an 8 month wait. Well, the wait was well worth it and it's nice to have a PCP who actually listens and refills your medications in a timely manner. Don't bother even trying this clinic out, you will regret it.
