I've come here for years! Lots of pros:…read more Big and spacious parking lot. If you can't find one in the front, you can find one further in, towards the back, where I think the employees park. Recent years they have a security guard that opens the door for you when you come and go. That's different! Usually two tellers, maybe three if it's busy are operating at a time. And another for the drive-thru deposits. When I needed more in depth assistance I went to Harry and I believe, Sonia, and they were so friendly, patient, and just nice to talk and ask questions. Never felt rushed or talked down to. Usually always someone around to ask for assistance, say you're looking around to get to your safety deposit box. It's not flooded with employees (that would be overkill and rather annoying if each one asked you if you needed help), but not so few where you are waiting around searching under desks to find someone who works there. The tellers are friendly where they will exchange some pleasantries, like the weather, what are you doing over the holiday, etc. There is one teller that I always dread seeing, and I forget her name. Nice woman, but she seems to think she knows me, but only remembers me from years back, so each time she refers to something, it's like, from 10 plus years ago! And in that case, I wish she would just deposit the money and not talk. Overall, good place. I use online banking for most things, and the app to do small deposits. But I've always liked the location.

Go to a quick chek or wawa with "no surcharges" forget it, Santander bills $3 a transaction regardless of the ATM policy. We have a great relationship with the folks who run the branch, the people are very helpful and friendly. That's where the service ends. My wife and I have been customers for over 30 years, from Staten Island Savings bank, SI bank and trust, Sovereign and now Santander. I purchased a home recently, Santander had a fantastic interest rate, I thought long and hard, the branch manager who has been very good to me told me it would be a great experience. Unfortunately it hasn't worked out well, the requirements for the mortgage were ridiculous. Knowing my wife and I, the amount of money we have, monthly income deposits from our jobs etc, I figured this would be simple....wrong. Miserable process but we got through it. Now it turns out that the taxes that should be paid to the township have not been paid, several phone calls to Santander and no resolution to date. The funds for the quarters taxes were taken at closing months ago, taxes still have not been paid. Thankfully the small town we purchased in has reasonable and understanding tax collector who understands and has dealt with these situations. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

I normally go to the other branch up the road from here, but today i came to this branch to cash then deposit a check because of Wells Fargo's hold policy and i was told based on the size of the check i cannot cash the check i must deposit the check. I have been banking with wells fargo for over 10 years, in fact when it was Wachovia i was a member and I have never experienced this. I reiterated to the teller, I have done this before up the road and i have had no issues, in fact the reason i want to cash the check first is because i was informed by them that if i deposit the check there will be a hold on the access to the money. Since I had to get back to work I accepted her requirement for me to deposit the money, but followed up by calling their customer support and got the same answer from 3 different agents. In fact, the first agent said you would need to cash the check first and then deposit the check back into your accounts. Long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND WILL RACIALLY PROFILE YOU. If you experienced something similar to me please report them the same way i did so we can get the bad apples off of the tree before they make the whole tree rotten. I never use the drive-through, but the lines are always really really long. When I finally find a parking spot, there are usually three people in front of me and the wait is on the longer side. Tellers and staff are friendly, so that makes up for the wait in my opinion. Sometimes this location is more convenient so I use it, but I try to use the Milltown branch when I can. I think it's super cute that when I bring my dog and use the drive up teller, they give him dog treats. He certainly is impressed as well. Exiting the parking lot is tricky. It's right on Main Street in Milltown and unfortunately for me, I have to make a left to get home, which is near impossible. The exit is right by a turning lane for cars to turn left onto Ford Ave. Really dangerous intersection.
