I fired this company over 3 months ago and they are still billing my credit card. David will not give any type of response. If you value your health and mental wellbeing steer clear. I feel this firm is an absolute scam. Run as fast as you can! I constantly felt like they were lying and cheating so they could take every dollar from me they could. I am still picking up the pieces from how terrible David treated myself and my company! In the last 2 months David even refused to talk to me anymore after he plopped a $440,000 IRS tax bill on me without even telling me. I had to find out with an IRS letter stating I owed the taxes instead of my firm informing me of the tax liability... They filled my tax returns without my approval and never kept me informed of anything. They constantly waited until the last second to file all of my returns and I felt really did the best they could take take advantage of getting every dollar from me before I was forced to fire them for extremely poor service. read more

Truly the worst experience with a CPA ever. Felt as if I was scammed. Financial planning was no better than what can be found on YouTube or TikTok. Accounting was terrible. No attention to detail. One CPA at the firm was reasonable but not enough to overcome systemic organizational problems. Support staff is awful and made numerous errors. Unreliable and rude. Definitely Not worth paying the thousands of dollars per month in fees. Avoids communication. Had to find a good accountant to clean up the mess, I regret ever coming to provident cpa, ruined my taxes and finances and I'm picking up the pieces now. read more

Owner will not respond to email, calls, or texts. Ghosted me and won't help with any of the mess they have created for our business the past 2 years. This company is complete scam. We are physicians and they promised us easy, smooth tax season and it's nothing but shit show. David Auer never replies to his emails, lyndsay their main tax person doesn't really care what clients has to say. Bottom line is they never filed our taxes for 2021, we kept on asking about and no one knew what happened. We paid over 8 grad for 5 months and they did absolutely nothing for us. We will end up paying massive tax bill because of their incompetence. They do not reply to their phone calls, or emails. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. Please donot do business with them.
