I opted to get the deep clean, and I emailed letting her know I wanted a detailed clean I mentioned the fridge, oven, microwave etc. She did not do the fridge or oven inside which is what I wanted. In my opinion that is a deep clean. Wiping off the outside isn't a detailed clean to me. She wasn't interested in finishing the job to my expectation. I gave her a star for being on time.

She also would not answer her phone when I called and claimed her phone was broken (yet it still was texting)?? Something seemed fishy and a total waste of my time.
