Well the rim popped off the tire machine while they where doing the R&R of the tire. This was a brand new 750 dollar BMW 550I. I didn't want the kid to get stuck paying for it. SO I told them I'd get the rim refinished. It was$130 bucks at Wheel connection. It was 15 bucks worth of paint materials and MAYBE 2 hours of labor. So all in all Wheel connection had $30 bucks invested.. It took them two weeks to get this done and when I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up. It was done HALF ASSED. NOT only that. The rear part of the rim wasn't even sprayed. 10 mins of extra work and the materials that they threw away could've covered it....I had them double check for OUT OF ROUNDNESS. and he said it was off a hair. SO they fixed it....(REMEMBER I SAID IT WAS A NEW RIM) Wheel they hit the rim and did a minor weld...CHECK my facebook and you'll see what I mean.... The basecolor was shot thin and the clear is dry in some spots,Along with trash in the clear....MANNNNNNN I hate getting riped off..I knew I should've not sent it there when I saw all the other negitive post.......................

It was a blessing because I was forced to find another option, " 1st Class Custom Detailing". I am highly impressed with the results of my car! I have a 4 door sedan used for family and pets. My car had food caked into the seats and floor, dog hair all over the car and just a couple of years worth of grime built up. 1st Class Custom started on my car in the morning before the scheduled 8am appointment. We also paid extra for him to record the white circle under the window. We had to bring her back so he could paint the whole back panel to blend. I would have been happy as you would not be able to tell the color obvious difference. After about 1 week, we reached out to the company to check status. NO response. The next day my husband drove by to check and they left my truck parked out in the yard UNLOCKED. There was a black paint mark on my white seat.
