I am not crazy about this place. It was one thing after another. I live in an apartment complex, so I had no plugs available for them to use. Their generator broke so they ended up having to reschedule on me twice. Things happen. I understand. But then they were two hours late to my appointment. This really shows no respect for my time. They said their previous job had more to do than they were told needed done. Even though this annoyed me, I can understand this too. Whatever. But THEN when I came down to check on their job, there were still stains on the seats and dog hair in the back. They said had washed until the water ran clean and couldn't get it out. (In my head: Isn't that what stain removers are for...) When I asked them to try harder to even just get rid of the dog hair they seemed really resistent to even try. After, they literally texted me: (Word for word) "Yes I did get more pet hair out upon another pass. Hopefully that's the most of it unfortunately there's no 100% unless we spend days on the vehicle lol" This is complete BS. I would not go back to them. It was not worth the 180$ it cost. read more

The service that I received from Dakota was exceptional and I would highly recommend Dakota he takes his time on everything in the car I decided to get my car detailed on the inside, and when he was finished with it not only did it smell amazing, but also it looked amazing he took 2 hours to finish my whole car, and I do not blame him for taking his time because it was worth it. We had the misfortune of loading 3 bags of deer corn in the rear of our suv. The corn was soured and by the time we could return it to the store about a pint of liquid seeped from the bags into the cargo area and into the spare tire area causing the worst odor possible. We called Dakota who came out quickly and did a monster job steaming, shampooing, and ran an ozone generator ridding us of most of the smell. After a few days we called again and Dakota returned and treated the suv again giving us back our ride. Id recommend Dakota and the company to all of our friends. read more
