Once they gave the quote and I accepted, the wait for them to come do the work was a few weeks. I needed gutters on the back of my house badly because the water collects at one point and pours in front of my back door making water come in the home if there's a big rain. Once the day came for them to come out and do the work, they were on time and super friendly! Most importantly, the work was professional. I didn't expect them to do some of the work they did. We almost went with a 5-V system and after Richard explained the issues with having screws through the top of the panels it was clear that it would be a problem in the future. My wife was very surprised that other companies offered a 5-V system under any circumstances. We did run into some rotten wood but were glad it was brought to our attention and not just covered over. If you're thinking of doing a metal roof please do your research on the problems a 5-V system comes with, it's not worth the savings for a lifetime project. Contract negotiations dragged on for 30+days. All due to inaccurate material and other information included by Titan in the contract. I had to constantly correct. After signed contracts were executed I was told a sub contractor would be needed for extra cost to remove and replace shingles for roof flashing purposes. This was also after a $30 k + 1/2 down payment was provided. Once I informed them that it was not my responsibility to find a shingle sub contractor and that a temporary stop payment was made on the deposit check until they provided an updated contract with the shingle work, the owner said he was no longer interested in doing the job. I feel like I was being strung along for a month. Just to get a check from me. And that it was merely a scam from day 1.

I treated there workers nice buying them lunch on the days they worked. One side the pickets didn't match in color. Was not even close. As they were building it I brought it to there attention. They told me not to worry it would all fade in and look the same. It didn't. Not even close. They told me "Why don't you just paint the fence?" Other side of the fence was where we had our property regraded. We told them that the ground was softer there. They said no problem. Now the fence leans about a foot out of level on the top. We called them and they said they would have to charge us to come out and fix it. Fence is not even 4 months old.
