By 12pm I had heard nothing so I went back in and asked them in person why my car hadn't been looked at, their response was they were running behind on yesterday's appointments. At this point I was slightly peeved that hey hadn't mentioned anything like that when I had dropped the vehicle off. It is now 4pm with no call from them YET I have now been up 23hrs, so I call them, the service manager had the AUDACITY to speak down to me LIKE I WAS SUPPOSED TO READ THEIR MINDS!!! If I could give a 0 star review I would. Don't ever speak down to a woman just because you think she doesn't know anything about their vehicle. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Customer service would be the only thing I knock this place for. The employees can seem a bit non-friendly at times. Overall a good gas station. Sidenotes: Parking Lot is horrible for people not going there for gas, as it seems crammed and hard to get out of at time.
