If there is a hell, Horizon Management is the property manager…read more They do not answer calls from the residents in their buildings. They do not return emails when people reach out with issues. They do not pay the vendors who do work for them. After dealing with this company for multiple years, I've given up all chance at inner peace. I've made my mind a sunless space. They've set me on a path from which there is no escape. I yearned to be a savior against injustice without contemplating the cost, and by the time I looked down, there was no longer any ground beneath my feet.

HOA money wasted on "upgrades" like a new rfid/fob system where it barely works or people have to stop and get out of their cars to use. Nothing wrong for the remote entry system that has worked for years. Now it just delays people getting in. They added a fancy sign that shows useless memos or "fake" threats to tow or say "you're on camera." Cool, violators are on camera, but guess what, the violators who are breaking our gate bar don't live here. Landscaping was redone in certain parts and other areas just left alone. Not order or plan to anything. They can't even repaint parking lines that are completely faded, but let's remove old and plant new trees Ridiculous fees on parking. $100 per car monthly locked to individual car. On-site manager can't comprehend that some people need to roster cars to charge their vehicles. Needed to get a board member to accommodate us because we have multiple EV's and on different nights, a different car may need to be in the garage/outside. They threaten to tow cars, but I haven't seen any cars get towed or removed even though many cars don't have a permit. But let's charge the honest people paying an increasing amount.

We would definitely recommend Joyce Reese and the ReMax Estate Properties team in Torrance, CA !!!…read moreBefore choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a few interviews to see who would be the best choice based on the time and effort they would make on selling the property and how they promote their listings. Although this was not our first time selling a home, this was the first time we really felt the agent knew her business. Joyce is very knowledgeable and accessible. She came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and we felt so informed every step of the way. She is super responsive as if we were her only clients and quick to answer every question, big or small, in the selling process. We listed our home on a Tuesday and within a week and a half we had our first showing and two great offers. Friendly, professional and a great listener to the clients needs. Thank you Joyce for helping us sell our home!!!

I followed all the requests and information…read moreasked for, filled out forms and faxed back information. 7/30/13, I called for an update and was told they were waiting for my timeshare company to complete their part. Then it would be deeded out of my name and I would receive a letter of completion. 10/2/13 I called for another update and was told it was in the last stage which takes the longest. In my worksheet and Terms & Conditions, under "Special Assessments" it is stated that I would be responsible for the next ten months Maintenance fees, paying quarterly. That was dated January 14, 2013 and indicates that August 2013 would be the last maintenance payment I would make, which would actually be the last payment for 2013. 12/10/13 - I received a maintenance invoice, due 1/1/2014 which would be my first payment of maintenance fee for 2014. I called Pacific Transfer and was told to fax the maintenance notice and a work order would be opened, so I faxed in a copy of the maintnenace fee notice. 12/18/13 having heard nothing, I called again to see what the status would be and inquire about the maintenance fee. I was told that I would have to make this payment because I was responsible for all maintenance fees within 12 months of the Agreement, regardless of what the Special Assessment was. (1/14/2014 would end the 12 month agreement for fees). It has been over 11 months, I am still paying fees for my timeshare. I paid $3492.00 for the transfer to take place January 14, 2013. The money just keeps going out for this timeshare. When is enough - enough? I went through this process thinking it would end wasted money and it still has not happened. I guess the next step is to pay out more money for the services of an attorney to see what options I have. I feel Pacific Property Transfer must be another scam. Everytime you call, you talk with someone new and the information is different. One representative says I should not have been told what the other rep said and regardless of what was told, I am responsible. And for further insult, was not nice or understanding about it either. It was just "Too Bad". I will never refer Pacific Property Transfer to someone, and as long as Right Choice Transfer uses Pacific Property Transfer, I will not refer them either. And a report to the Better Business Bureau is going to happen also.

Mostly they will not answer their phone. And if you can reach someone, after holding for at least a half-hour, they advise you to go to a law firm in San Diego where you can cancel your timeshare ownership for another $500. Hmmmm.... I wonder why all 34 reviews for Pacific Property Transfer (all with 1 star) are in the "not recommended reviews" section of this website. What is going on? Do not use this company. They should be arrested and thrown in jail. Is there no justice left in America? Truly disgusted.
