But finally when tests were done and we found out he needed emergency surgery it got a little better but we still had to wait hours til it was done. I am thankful to TMH that he used Dr. Glenn and Dr. H to complete a successful surgery and provide quality post surgery care. Now the pediatric staff deserve much praise as well for their kindness and patience. Shout out to Emily, Anna, Melanie, Megan, Madison, Kayla, Yuti, Ms. Christie, Ms. Sharon, Adrian and all of the other staff whose names I can't remember but whose presence is not forgotten. Yall made a terrifying experience a thankful one. It surely was a memorable birthday for him and we are so thankful I didn't take him to Piedmont. They kept me informed of any updates eveey few hours I called and sent pictures on the EASE app so that I could see her everyday since I live 2 hours away and couldn't be there everyday. The doctors and nurses worked hard and diligently to take the best care of my baby as they could and to make sure she was well enough to come home. The last night of her stay before her discharge I was able to stay in the nesting room with her and the nurses checked on her and I regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. This hospital provides the best quality care possible.

Everyone from the administration to the janitor staff in this facility is caring and kind. It's an old building but is well kept and does not smell. My mother left after five weeks and was stronger than she was when she arrived and had full weight bearing on her left side. Highly recommend!

When I would call, it made me feel they thought I just wanted medicines. Absolutely not! I hate taking the ones I'm on. Chest x-ray was negative. I later found out that I possibly had covid before it was ever confirmed. My lungs are messed up now. They can only describe them as junky....being unable to clear so I try to take it seriously but honestly I do all I can before going to the doctor. The receptionist submitted the wrong lab test order to the lab technician when I checked in for my scheduled lab appointment. As a result, I had to go back for more blood to be drawn, costing me more time and money. This is not the first costly mistake that I've experienced here, nor, sadly has it been the last. There appears to be little to no communication among the office staff. No one can answer any questions, even simple, general questions that would normally be handled by competent office staff. Instead, the patient is handed off to someone else, who in turn either can't or won't answer questions either. The onus is on the patient to figure out their processes, yet asking questions to understand that process or to try to resolve an issue, is actively discouraged through rudeness and passing the patient off to someone else for an elusive answer that never comes. No one listens to understand what the challenge is, nor do they show any interest or initiative in resolving the actual issue. Solutions are non-existent and, as a result, the quality of care has deteriorated significantly. The problem appears to lie with the office staff rather than the nurse practitioners, who seem to be competent and capable. Perhaps better training for your office staff on clear processes, problem resolution, and setting of expectations will prevent more patients from leaving before you no longer have a viable practice.

The front desk staff, Ms. Dawn was very friendly and made me feel welcomed coming into their office for the first time. She was also helpful to me just coming out of a recent hand surgery and having a hard time writing. The tech Mr. David made me feel comfortable and relaxed as a patient dealing with anxiety of having an MRI and being claustrophobic. He remained patient, respectful and calm while I felt overwhelmed. The manager Ms. Shelley was more than willing to assist me in the dressing room while struggling to change to the proper attire fit for the MRI due to me wearing a skirt. I had a hard time changing due to the hand surgery. She kept it discreet and private. No one else knew I was struggling in that area. Upon arrival there was another patient sitting in the lobby . The lobby is clean and decorated nice . The check in process was easy breezy . I completed the paperwork and paid the copayment. The nurses were very nice and funny. Another patient came in for copies of his report. The nurse explained the process but he wasn't hearing it. She handled his rudeness very well. The MRI tech was nice as well. We arrived at 12:30. Completed the paperwork and he was in for the procedure at 12:50. Everything was a success he was able to sit still for 45min .
