Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I've attempted several times for an updated bill of sale because their original lender fell through, letting us drive off the lot thinking we were financed. A month and a half later after waiting for the title and calling multiple times they called and said we needed to REDO paperwork and then backdated from the original sale date and couldn't register my vehicle. Do not trust Pryor Chevrolet. I came in with my own bank financing already secured. Instead of respecting that, they ran my credit without clearly telling me, hiding the authorization in a stack of paperwork. When I brought it up, they called it an "accident"--but it was no accident. It's a deliberate tactic to push customers into their own financing for extra profit. To make matters worse, the vehicle they sold me had rust underneath--something I wasn't told about and didn't notice until after the purchase. A reputable dealership would have disclosed that upfront or addressed it before listing the car. This experience showed me exactly how Pryor Chevrolet operates: lack of transparency, questionable ethics, and no real regard for the customer. If you're shopping here, be extremely cautious. Inspect everything, read everything, and don't sign anything without full explanation. Better yet, take your business somewhere else. read more

For this lovely adventure, my husband and I started our day early. We got up, got dressed, had breakfast, picked up Starbucks, and headed out to make our 830 am, appointment with the service department for an oil change and other concerns to be addressed. We rolled into the service part of the dealership about 810 or 815 a.m.(which was great gave us a time leeway). We were greeted by JR, and he began to ask my husband questions as I headed in to sit down with my morning latte for the time ahead. Then we sat for a bit, watched some TV, and fielded in coming cell phone calls to our phones while we were waiting. My husband then went on a test drive with one of the technicians, hoping to be able to show him what he was talking about(but the car wouldn't act up.It was just like a little kid.When you want it to perform, it won't.) So my husband was checking out, and we headed home. We were grateful the dealership service section was open today. It made it worth the trip out there from Muskogee. BE READY TO BE HARASSED IF YOU DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I filled out credit application online. Asked salesperson to shoot me straight on payment and APR but he wouldn't do that. Just kept trying to get me to come in even though I'm not local so finally told him no longer interested. Now I am being harassed with repeated calls, text messages and emails after asking him to stop. Salesperson then comes back and says "well we couldn't get you approved anyways". Took my car in for a recall and a repair. Was told to wait in the waiting area and the service manager would come in with a work order. 1 hour later he comes in and informs me that the recall would take all afternoon. I was going to leave the car overnight but I am 25 miles out of town and had no ride. On my way into the lot I saw a black Chevrolet with HUGE lettering on the side that said COURSTESY VEHI CLE PRYOR CHEVROLET. I asked the service manager about a courtesy car and was told they didnt have one. I told them I saw one outside. I was told again as I was walking out that they did not have a courtesy vehicle as I was looking at it 20 feet away. No way will I ever buy a car from a dealer that offers service like that! read more

If I could give a lower score, I would. I purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 3.0 from them. Huge lack of communication and no listening to the customer. They say they will follow up on items but then u never hear a word no matter how many times you reply back to them. If you can find your vehicle elsewhere, that is where you should go. My husband and I found a truck we liked here, got approved through our lender. We were told the vehicle was ready to go and were reassured before our 1.5 hour trip there. Our salesman was Steve Abercrombie. Even the Internet director Mike Ward reassured us beforehand.. When we arrived Steve was signing papers to sell it to someone else and never told us in hopes we would buy another vehicle instead. Talk about trashy and dirty business. I will never buy a car from here and will never recommend this place to anyone. All I have to say is what goes around comes right on back! Wow after reading some review where did we go wrong! Found the only car within 200 miles that my wife really wanted. Price was great don't get me wrong. The process well that's another story! Robert in Finance outstanding guy! Few hard learned lessons for sure. While working out a deal we had a few requests. None of which were met! We wanted to seal it quick but unfortunately things didn't go as planned! We settled and made Pryor Chevrolet happy with a deal on "their terms" to secure the vehicle. Drove 4 hours asked multiple times on how to ensure our process goes smoothly while waiting. Was told, no worries we'll take care of you! Sure enough they did! We got a high Interest rate loan! Little did they know I knew this would happen and had a trick up my sleeve. Walk out with a car for sure but got a bigger headache but all is healed with time. That high interest rate is already paid off and by "their lenders" with a much more suitable loan that actually fits the bill! Thanks Pryor Chevrolet for a good lesson on what not to do! read more

Bought a Ford Edge and salesman David Sutton told us that it only comes with one key but we can buy another st his cost $250?? WTH??!! So we left with one key. Woke up 3 days later and car was missing, come to find out neighbors told us David and Robert Rodriguez came got the car cause Robert wanted to drive it to the Auction in Tulsa since he was waiting on banks to finalize! We had paper tag and everything! So we were pissed and went to get our truck from Lot to find out they took our truck to Auction in Tulsa and wouldn't be back at Pryor Chevy until after 5pm. That's bull so we had no vehicle' low and behold the miraculous found our cars second set of keys the morning Robert came and Stole our car from our house!! Now that's some SHADY SHIT!! Honestly did they plan on trying to sell us the second set of keys for $250 to pocket or what the hell was going on?? Smells shady, DONT GO HERE!!! read more
