I was traveling through the area when my car sunroof suddenly busted. I looked up the nearest Ford dealership and called Jack Kissee Ford and even though they couldn't immediately or fully repair it due to the special order and my time constraints, they did offer to help clean up the debris and wrap it so I could safely get back home. In less than an hour, they had me back on the road. They treated me with so much respect and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was in a pinch. The staff were friendly and helpful and on a Saturday was a smooth transaction under a hour and was told 1 hour but they also did the 10 point heck with checking my fluids to make sure none were low. read more

I called the service department on Thursday, April 17, 2025 to see when a good time would be to bring my truck in to be fixed. The a/c wasn't working, the check engine light was on, the fog lights needed to be replaced, and there was also a squeak I wanted stopped. First off, I was assured it shouldn't take more than a week. They needed to order some parts but I should have it back in a week. Ok fine whatever. 9 days later I'm being told it won't be until the following Monday, so basically 2 weeks?! Really? I called on that Monday to ask about my truck. The person who answered said they have to talk to whoever and will call me back. Over an hour later no one calls me back. I trot myself right on down there to get answers. Of course more bad news and waiting on another part and the fog light housings they ordered didn't fit and of course they can't find any that will. Maybe I'll have my truck by Thursday. I got it back on Wednesday, but you better believe I'm taking my $1,700 elsewhere next time. I will say, they knocked off $200 for the delay so I only paid $1500 but I'm still upset. I don't care if the shop lost power, I don't care if someone was fired, I don't care if there was a delay on parts. When I'm told a week I expect it to be a week NOT over 2 weeks. They need to learn to under promise and over deliver. I needed my truck back in a timely fashion. I wasn't offered a loaner or anything. Communication between the people who answer the phones and the technicians is sorely lacking to say the least. No one could ever give me clear concise answers and always had to call me back. I do not recommend this service department and will never buy another vehicle from this dealership due to this severe lack of coordination and timeliness. It's finally spring time, I have things to haul and projects to complete and I can't do any of that without my truck. I should have known better than to pick someplace local. This is why people go to Tulsa instead of staying local. This is the type of talent small towns attract. If you wanna be charged top dollar and still not get your vehicle back on time this is the place for you. I put none of the blame on my mechanic. He and I talked and he explained the steps he took thoroughly. I trust he did his very best and paid special attention to my senior vehicle. I'd say he's probably the best mechanic at that shop and I appreciate his efforts and special attention. True rockstar and professional. read more

Took my car, that was still under warranty to have electrical repairs about 3 weeks ago. At the time they didn't have a loaner car and said it would be a few days. No problem, we borrowed a vehicle and made it work. I get in my car today and immediately realized they didn't fix the issue, which even tho it was under warranty, we still paid an absurd amount for. Called to see if we could get the car back in, they weren't helpful, they were rude, again stated we don't have a loaner vehicle and don't know how long it would take or what it would cost. It is an issue, that we paid to have fixed and they put a bandaid on it and aren't willing to fix their mistake. I have always heard decent, not great things about them, but decent - with my experiences, i'd say they were unpleasant, not willing to help or fix the problem and not willing to accommodate their customers in any way. Stay clear of their shop as they do not take pride in anything they do. Side note- I keep my car clean and when I did get it back after they had supposedly fixed it, there was trash in the floor, dirt and grease marks on my console and steering wheel..at the time, I overlooked it because I know people get busy, mechanics were in and out and completely understood and didn't care, but now after the conversation this morning, I'm thinking it was a lack of respect because they truly don't care about their customers. read more

Had our truck worked on here. They did a good job. However, as I drove it off the lot, I noticed the low tire light on. I pulled back around to ask for air. The reaction I got from those in the service bays was beyond rude. I was pretty much accused of not having just had service. To be fair, they only saw my husband pay. But, air? They acted like I asked for a free oil change! Finally, some young man came out, put 2 squirts of air in, gave me a side eye and walked away. That didn't do a thing. I'm a Senior woman, driving a Ford. Even if I hadn't just dropped almost $800.00 there, they could have been polite and filled my tire. We won't be going back there ever again. We'll go where our business is appreciated. Edit: Kissee Ford reached out to me and apologized. Morgan was very sincere, I felt. There was still a small issue that hadn't been fixed completely. He sent someone to my house, picked up my truck, had it fixed 100% and returned it back to me the same day. Now THAT'S great customer service! In from out of town and picked up a nail along the way. Brand new Bronco Sport so first thought was for help at the local Ford dealer. Bad idea. Told flat out no and basically go away we are too busy. If you need help in Claremore go to Robertson. Got us right in with a new tire and out the door within an hour. Not a smile in the place and genuinely got the vibe we should not be there. Life is too short, spend your money elsewhere. One star is too many. read more

Well I guess after posting our experience with the dealership they called us and asked if they could have another shot at gaining our trust. They came to the house picked up my truck and took it to the dealership to finish the repairs we paid for (doors not locking with remote or switch) they fixed one door, but not both. They brought the truck back to us later that day. That was great, however no one ever apologized for the treatment of my wife. I think a personal apology was in order. read more

Not at all happy with the service dept. I was quoted a price for a replacement keyless fob. It is the type that has a normal key hidden in the fob in case of emergency. The price was $250.00. The woman quoting the price told me " we have to send out the blank key to be laser cut, we don't do that Here" i asked if it would be $250 total she said "yes." Now today, not 15 min ago, the woman at the counter said it would be An additional charge of $70 for that. I just dropped $250 and you want more for that part of my replacement fob? I feel i was misled And lied to. I have 2 fords and i will take them somewhere else for tires and oil changes and repairs. They just lost a customer. read more

Stuck without a vehicle that is still under warranty but can't drive! Called another dealership in Tulsa and got it in the same day! I had a wonderful buying experience with Jack Kissee Ford. After shopping online, I found the make and model I wanted at Jack Kissee Ford. The online pictures looked great but I called ahead to verify condition before driving two hours to see the vehicle in person. They were very helpful in this - I asked for any type of dents, dings, scratches. They told me the vehicle was in excellent condition as pictured and they were correct. My used vehicle was in near showroom condition. I like the vehicle I bought but plenty of people sell vehicles. At Jack Kissee, I felt like a valued customer. They were very patient in letting my wife and I walk around the vehicle to inspect it and test drive it and no pressure once we returned. I got an excellent used vehicle at a below market price (I did a lot of shopping before going to the dealership) and was treated very well throughout the process. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with gas while I handled paperwork. While this was happening, it was discovered that our car was missing the second key. This wasn't an issue though because our salesperson, Luke Sontag, got another key ordered immediately. While waiting for the key to arrive (it took a couple of days) Luke let me know that the detail crew mentioned that my vehicle could use a coat of wax to keep it looking nice. Luke offered a loaner vehicle to run around town while the second key was programmed and my vehicle was being waxed. I can't believe the attention to detail and willingness to take care of a customer shown by Luke and Jack Kissee Ford, especially after the deal was already completed. I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase and the staff at Jack Kissee Ford. I highly recommend them and would be happy to buy from them again when it's time. I don't know how anyone could give their service department a bad review. Gary and Annette run a tight ship in my eyes. I've had serious issues with my 02 F150 and they have been nothing but helpful. Always apologetic if something is wrong, constant updates on the progress. I've had a great experience working with them. Hands down the only people I feel comfortable with working on things I can't repair myself. I never feel like I am being given a false sense of what is actually the issue. 5 Star service read more
