When we came home and saw it, we called Rex and told him it was unacceptable. It took several calls back and forth before he sent someone out to fix it. When they came and saw that they would need to remove several pieces and replace them, they called Rex and he refused. He said " if you can do better, do it yourself." and had his crew leave. I had to replace the backsplash myself.
