We had storm damage to our house in August 2017. State Farm recommended M&M enterprises, so that's who we called. Scott was very nice and helpful. We got all the repairs scheduled and fixed in a timely manner. I have two issues with the repairs. The first is the spot ceiling that was water damaged. When it was fixed and painted the first time it was patched smooth; the rest of the ceiling is textured, so it looked out of place. I called Scott to see about getting it fixed. When I called, it seemed like I was inconveniencing him, but he said he would get them back out. The painters came back and fixed it but this time, the paint didn't match. I called again, the painters came back out and repainted the spot. It still doesn't match, but after having them out 3 times and it not getting fixed, I didn't figure a 4th time would do any good. The second issue I found today when I went up into my attic. When they put the roof on, a nail punctured my main gas line. I called Scott immediately after I found it. He told me that the plumbing wasn't to code and there is nothing they would do. After doing some research on this issue (since I'm not the first one it's happened to), I found that it's common for roofers to inspect attics before and after install. That wasn't done here. Fortunately the only damage done was to the gas line itself. I've had a pretty serious propane leak in my attic for over a year, so we're lucky we didn't lose the house. Bottom line, I would not recommend them for any repairs to your house. They'll get the work done, but good luck if you have any issues. read more
