If you want pills, this is the place to go! Obviously the doctors are getting kickbacks from big pharmaceutical companies for their prescription writing! When I told Dr. Forbes I had quit taking my antidepressants 6 months ago and I felt great she got extremely mad! She told me "that really pisses me off! So you're trying to play doctor now?" The worst care we've ever seen! The office manager or whomever is at the front desk is RAF! I've never been treated so poorly by people who are supposed to be there to help. Additionally, more than half the time they're supposed to do a "Tele-med" appointment, they do not bother to sign on or call. If we treated them like they treat us, we would be terminated as patients. One of the few places contracted with our insurance. So we're stuck here. Given a choice, go anywhere else! read more

My son went to this office many years ago I stopped going and recently we can back as patients. The doc wrote a prescription for my son then forgot to sign the prescription so the pharmacist would not fill the prescription. I called and spoke to the rude office manager that told me she would have the the doc rewrite the prescription and it will be ready the next day after 1pm. I got upset because this is NOT a refill it is mistake on their office I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said Dr Shed will not be in until Monday due to the holiday and she will have him call me. I still have not received that call and I am currently looking for a new office to send my son. if these docs plan on keeping their business they need to get new people that work for them. I called and asked why Dr. Shedid had not returned my call the office manager said he was NOT going to return my call he is sorry about the issue with the prescription but he is NOT returning my call. If he can't return my call then my son does not need to be at his office. Good luck read more

This is the place I use for treating my son's ADHD as well as mine. The good thing about this place is that Dr. Shadid is the only dr I could find that's willing to prescribe an adult stimulant drugs. This office in often very crowded with kids bc this is the clinic a lot of children in foster care go to so it's not at all unusual to not been seen at your appointment time. Last time I was there, I waited 45 mins past my appointment time. The office is also a bit on the dingy side and there's often questionable people there like addicts and people on parole but I understand they need their meds as well. Dr. Shadid is pretty cool, but I noticed he's very restless and shaky and talks very fast. He will up your dosage or change your meds almost no questions asked. When you need a refill of meds, their policy is to call 48 hours prior to pick up, but sometimes they forget or for whatever reason don't have the scripts ready at pick up time. Last time, I went to pick up and it wasn't there and she made me wait ANOTHER 48 hours!! I was very pissed off. I hope this doesn't continue to happen. read more
