After paying for my appointment, I had my appointment cancelled 3 times at the last minute. Every time it was cancelled, I responded with compassion and understanding to have it moved - despite it being cancelled literally a few minutes before it was meant to go on. By the third time, I was fed up with the sudden cancellations. I requested a refund and exclaimed how I was surprised by the reviews given this experience had been quite a headache for me. That was all I said. In response, I received an essay of a text message, full of vitriol and hate. I was patronised, I was labelled as discompassionate and talked down upon. Never have I EVER received such hatred from someone when I was merely expressing understandable frustration given I had been cancelled upon 3 times. When I came onto this platform to write a review about my experience - which I am entirely in my right to do - I was BULLIED into taking it down. I've attached the screenshots on my google review for proof. It seems the reason Chloe has such great reviews is because she bullies people who leave negative ones into taking them down. She had me shuffle while making two wishes. 6 cards were instantly dealt with giving me an instant run down about my work ethic, career, energy of my love life, and how I need to get the negative energy clarified from me to be truly happy.
