The only thing consistent about Mahesh is that he refused to do what he agreed to, refused to answer the emails of other involved parties, did not tell me that he stopped doing what he promised, and then blamed others for the predictable results of his deliberate decisions. I hired Mahesh as my business consultant. I hired him to prepare two websites. His actions of refusing to pay a bill that I did not know about resulted in the permanent destruction of these two websites. He chose not to inform me about this account. He chose not to tell me of the six emails requesting payment because his credit card had insufficient funds, and he chose not to tell me that he made the decision not to pay these bills - a decision that would clearly result in the loss of my websites. His response was, "I do not spend time on things which are not my business." In exchange for over 30,000 pounds of free rent, Mahesh agreed to manage my flat and manage an insurance claim. He did nothing on the insurance claim between December 2021 and late May 2022. During this period, he refused to answer or respond to any emails from the insurance company and others involved. Again, he did not notify me of his decision not to do anything further on the insurance claim and his decisions not to cooperate or answer any emails concerning the insurance claim. As the claim process and construction would take up to six months, his decision to do nothing until late May was likely to result in my not being able to rent my flat out for a student during the school year resulting in a year of lost rent. He refused to acknowledge that this was a possible outcome (which I managed to partially mitigate) Also, his management of my flat included not fixing my murphy bed which he broke and not informing me that the kitchen sink overflows when there is no rain. These I consider breaking our agreement that he would manage my flat. His response was that an overflowing sink was not his problem. (Also, when I arrived in May 22 there was no electricity, no internet or functioning TV and a toilet that overflowed when I arrived however, I attribute that to "stuff happens.") In his world, all his failures are someone else's fault.
