I didn't know what to expect so I didn't come prepared. There's only so much she can read in the cards. At 10:00 PM, 2 smelly "techs" were still in my attic strewing wire strippings every where. in side the house, my yard, attic, everywhere. Next day, my maintenance/lawn man goes into the attic to retrieve toys for my Grand daughter & gets tangled up in uninstalled wires & falls out of the attic & breaks his arm. Still having surgeries to correct it. I call the rep & he told me I was Stupid & those were not their wires. They destroyed my whole electrical system in the attic. Vivint sold my info to some bank that has been hassling me daily for payments I do not owe. Each call from a Vinint "person" is recorded as a Local phone number which is a scam used by the warranty scammers.. Appears to be a local person so you will answer the phone and then they try to sell you something else. Note: Vivint was fined $20 Million dollars for scamming. They were on my property illegally.
