My first impression of Trenny was that she is warm and personable. We chatted about random things for a bit like cats, the weather, kids, etc. I was delighted to learn that she had rescue animals and generally has an affinity for animals. That's how you know when someone has really good at heart. My husband actually arranged this because he was convinced that I have ghosts hanging around me. I thought it was kind of silly because I don't believe in ghosts - at least not in the conventional sense of the word. I do believe, however, that there is a collective consciousness / spirit that transcends this plane of existence and that we are all connected across time and space. I did not give anything away about myself, so there was no way she could research me - remember my husband set this up and I have no social media other than a professional LinkedIn profile, which is uninformative unless you want to bore yourself with the details of my career. Despite the lack of details, Trenny dove right in and immediately recognized my maternal aunt who I adored when she was on this plane. The messages she relayed from my aunt were spot on and it wasn't anything those other "mediums" do like "somebody's name who starts with an S". She identified her immediately, stated what our relation was, and relayed a message that made perfect sense. From there she continued to do the same with other people I'd known and there were a few surprises in the there! Apart from identifying my people, she also had a few of my husband's people come through, so I'm definitely going to arrange a session for him. Trenny, if you are reading this, you mentioned a ruby ring toward the end of our session. I couldn't quite place it until the week after when I landed a dream job! When I got the news, I immediately went for my "queen ring", which is a big and very much fake ruby ring that I put on when I'm doing good and feeling good. It was something my friend Desi and I came up with one night and so we both got matching "ruby" Queen rings. Still waiting for a refund from Trenny. She has been radio silent since I tried to get in contact with her with her to r her assistant. Her assistant was rude and Trenny has never responded to me. I'm going to start by saying Trenny has a true gift and is a very nice person- there is no question about it. I saw her a couple of years ago, after several mishaps in scheduling with her "assistant" I sucked it up and dealt with it because she came highly recommended- I had no regrets.... A year ago I wanted to see her again, and tried texting the number I know belonged to Maddy, her assistant. I tried texting several times. No response. At all. I figured it would be easier than trying to book online because of her traveling, the calendar online did not accurately show what state she would be in, and I am unable to participate in virtual meetings. Ok, so again, now I reserve a spot online For this May. I received a text an hour and a half before my appointment that Trenny was sick and can't be at the appointment, but was also in Louisiana the rest of the week, so I could not schedule in person that week (I'm in Colorado) I am not in a place to schedule virtual spiritual readings. After going back and forth with Maddy, I just asked her to refund the $50 reservation fee. I have asked them 4-5 times for the refund via text and email and still have not received a refund. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I will not try to schedule with them again, which makes me sad, I loved Trenny the first time I saw her, but the process of trying to see her, and now feeling ripped off, just is not worth it. read more

I have heard this medium is very legitimate and highly skilled. Unfortunately after I paid in full on the website (3 months in advance because she is so booked) The day before my reading I was contacted, via text, by someone claiming to be her scheduling assistant. She told me that she made a mistake on the schedule and that Trenny was still out of town and it politely asked if she could reschedule me. Of course I said yes and no problem. One week went by and I didn't hear from her. So I sent a text that said hi are you still able to reschedule me? I had no response and let another week go by. Then I sent a text that said look if you're not going to reschedule me then please send me a refund. This mysterious person told me that she could reschedule me for Monday of that week and I asked what time and she told me she had to get back to me. Days go by again and I finally had to threaten this person and tell her that I was going to leave a bad review if she did not either refund me or give me the direct contact Number of the psychic. I have no appointment and no refund. Completely unacceptable and now I have to go through the pain in the butt of filing a fraudulent report with the bank. Literally criminals. read more

Trenny came highly recommended and I was excited book with her. I booked and paid a $50 deposit about three months in advance to secure an appointment. Her assistant cancelled around 7 pm the evening before my appoint and didn't respond to reschedule. Over the course of a month I kept reaching out to reschedule and finally was. Then, Trenny cancelled the evening before again. I've been reaching out for a refund or reschedule to no avail. This is theft, do not book with her or at least don't pay anything up front. read more

I had a reading, two weeks ago with Trenny and I am still processing all of the information that she gave me. It was so incredibly accurate, who came through? Both of my brothers, my mother and my father. Also three stillborn children that I had, as well as my nephew, who committed suicide a year ago. There was absolutely no way at all that she would've known this information in advance, or to the great detail that she provided. It was an incredible blessing for me to hear from my loved ones. The messages from my mom and dad. I absolutely needed. And the wife of my nephew certainly was so appreciative to receive all of his messages for her. Trenny is the real deal. There are a lot of negative reviews on this site, but none of them are referring to Trenny herself, but instead to her assistant, who does not seem to understand the value of a yelp rating. I, too went through some scheduling issues with Trenny but when I finally did the reading over the phone, it was so accurate being with her in person did not matter. I do hope to have another reading with her someday and I do hope it is in person. But if it Hass to be over the phone that I am OK with that as well. When I replied to Trenny stating I hadn't heard from her assistant, all I heard were crickets. Such a shame since I was asking for me and a party. read more

She canceled my appointment last minute and made no effort to reschedule me after I reached out to her multiple times over many weeks. While this was happening, she was readily accepting money and booking appointments via Facebook. Told her I wanted my deposit refunded and she agreed but I have yet to receive it. Finally had to file a fraud claim with my bank. read more
