If you're reading this, you're likely looking for some spiritual help or are curious about the spiritual world. I'll start with the pros. I will say it was helpful to do past life regressions and be shown some techniques to deal with childhood trauma that I had. Some techniques like cord cutting are variations of what you can find online for free, but I think she did a better job of doing those when you worked with her. Those sessions were definitely positive. If you're interested in doing those then cool, but just check out her pricing to see for yourself if paying $150-$200 a session (sold in packages of multiple sessions) is worth it for you. To be honest, by the end of our work together I felt very used by Shara and my energy returned only after I called this behavior out to her. Every session she either tried to upsell me things (like herbal supplements she gets credit for) or asked me to help her with tasks that eventually I saw were to help build her business for free. This included asks to leave great reviews, watch her Youtube channel to drive up views, leave her feedback edits on her homework documents, etc. I found that almost everything she offered extra to help me had strings attached. In our sessions, she'd usually begin by asking if I saw the videos, and then ask if I had left a thumbs up, or made a comment, or subscribed. She even asked me to be in one of her training videos, again, for free. I wonder if the other people leaving reviews here on Yelp did so on their own, or if she constantly asked them to until they gave in. It just seemed like for every "nice" thing she wanted to give to you, she wanted something in return- usually, free labor. At first, I would be nice and do these things for her, but eventually the constant asking of things grew to resentment that even she could feel. She even called this out a couple of times. Yet, she still kept asking. There's more, but I'll leave it for now. Those moments definitely offset the positives I got out of our sessions. It got so awkward and draining at the end that I couldn't even bring myself to do our last session together. I wrote her an email to point out this behavior. She offered to do an extra session on top of the last one pro bono to try and repair the relationship. I told her I didn't trust her enough to do that. She offered to return some of my money... only after my last check is cashed (dated for 2 weeks from now). I found that to be pretty odd. Eventually I asked for some of my money refunded immediately, but then I decided to let her keep it, so I could write this review with a clear conscience. Mind you, I just got laid off from my job during a pandemic in one of the worst job markets in US history, and so any funds would have been helpful. I'm giving that up. FYI, our sessions totaled $4000+. As for me, I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. While I found a majority of our sessions to be helpful (and also... this is the reason I paid so much for them), it definitely came at this cost. I also have seen other healers here and there throughout my life but not anyone consistently until Shara, so I don't have anyone to compare her to. Anyway, judge for yourself. I don't hold any grudges against Shara personally, and wish her the best. I'm hoping this was my individual experience and that others do not share it. read more

Shara has an incredible way of combining various techniques to help a person. Ive seen how intuitive she is and how she gets into the heart of negative beliefs and ways to transform them. If I could give Shara more than 5 stars I would. My brother was in a coma and Shara did a session with myself and him and helped me understand why he was in the condition he was in.
